    window cleaning and power washing

    Every year I get a glass act to take care of our spring power washing and window cleaning. They do an awesome job, and everyone is so nice to deal with! thanks:)

    ROOF & GUTTER CLEANING

    Once again, I was very satisfied with A Glass Act's work. This is the second time I've used their gutter and roof cleaning service. Both times, Kirby responded to my request for a quote the same day. Both times, the guys did the work within 1 day of me giving Kirby the "go ahead". Both times the work was done beyond my satisfaction. This is a responsive, hard working and customer focused business that I will use again and recommend to friends and family.

    Gutter cleaning

    I found A Glass Act on HomeStars. I found HomeStars while searching for gutter cleaning services. A good find on both counts. The gutter cleaning cost $180. Gutter baskets $21 each. Kirby was very professional. He addressed some concerns I had regarding liability, WCB, safety, etc. (the news article about Gordon Campbell and principal contractors just came out, so home owner liability was uppermost in my mind). Geordie (sp?) and Jim, the workers, came on time and were great. Very approachable and professional. Invoice, payment, and everything went smoothly. Great website too. Oh right, the gutters. Yes, very clean!

    Window Cleaning

    I have a small business on the North Shore and had never really considered using an outside company for my maintenance needs. A Glass Act were recommend to me because my window cleaning skills didn't really cut it. I was very impressed with their prompt and efficient service. what really stood out to me was that they came in during opening hours and did not disrupt my customers or me. It was fast and 100% professional. A Glass Act are definitely a company I would recommend to anybody who wants crystal clear windows and great service.

    Gutter & awning cleaning

    All the cleaning was very thorough as has been the case previously. Small problem with my new roof pointed out for my follow-up. Crew is very friendly and easy to deal with.

    House power wash, gutter cleaned, and windows cleaned

    Job done very efficiently. Jim and his partner did a good job. Came on time and worked all day . Came back the next day to finish the windows. Would recommend the company to anyone.

    Window cleaning, Gutter Clearing and Pwoer Washing

    The workers were polite and experienced. the window cleaning was exceptional! The gutter clearing was complete. the power washing on the vinyl deck was disappointing -- I had to redo it myself afterwards.

    Window cleaning, Gutter & Flashing Cleaning

    I used A Glass Window Cleaners for the first time to clean my exterior windows, gutters,flashings and to install gutter baskets. They were fast, thorough and efficient. There was no disruption to my gardens or surrounding area. I would definitely use A Glass Act again

    Gutter Cleaning

    I have used the services of A Glass Act for over 10 years - Kirby and his team do an exceptional job. Always very friendly, efficient, professional and at very reasonable rates. They do a fantastic job on windows. I would not hesitate to recommend A Glass Act to anyone looking to have their windows and gutters cleaned or their home power washed by a reliable, professional company!

    Gutter Cleaning

    I had some difficulty in getting the initial appointment arranged. I was at the point of thinking I had been forgotten and would have contracted another company, but contact was finally made. This could have been a function of the holiday season, but I would have expected better information about when the job was to be done. I would have also liked to know more precisely when the crew was going to arrive on site as I have children in the house and I got a panicked phone call when they arrived first thing in the morning and were climbing on the roof. Again, notice would have been appreciated. That being said, the jobe was done well and some extra services provided that should help the gutter function in the future. The job done by the company was great, the contact standards just need some changes.

    The holiday season was very busy for us and it is sometimes difficult to alert our clients with a job start date, however, we do try very hard to call every customer prior to doing work on their homes.
