    Chimney Cleaning Service

    Service was quick and excellent. The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very polite and professional and they did an amazing job and follow-up, I was very impressed. They even taught me how to use it... I would highly recommend this company to friends.

    Chimney sweep

    The serviceman was courteous and made sure all areas were protected from dirty chimney soot so that it did not enter our breathing and living space before beginning the sweep. He went the extra length after to clean and vacuum out the woodstove interior which is clean clean clean!

    Chimney sweep

    I found A1 Quality Chimney from HomeStars and engaged them to come and clean my chimney. The cleaning process was very efficient. The technician was on time and provided friendly service. I will use your company again!

    Mesh and replace chimney cap

    Rick was most pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions He showed me photos of the completed project and finished the task in a timely manner, This is the first time I have used this company. Based on my experience I would highly recommend A1. I couldn't have asked for better service.

    Chimney Sweep

    I engaged A1 Quality Chimney to sweep the two chimneys. Shawn came in to complete the job. Shawn told me that only one Chimney needs cleaning and did a professional job.

    Wood-stove cleaning and inspection

    I had A1 come by to clean my chimney and they did an excellent job! Shawn was very professional, tidy and patient. He did a brilliant job in explaining and demonstrating how the wood burning stove works. Thank you!

    Chimney cleaning

    Cleaned chimney and removed the cause of smoke smell during wet wether. Evaluated cause for occasional smoke aroma in an upstairs bedroom. Great service. Appreciated the followup call to find out how the process went.

    Fireplace Repair

    We are writing this review as we truly appreciated the qualify of service provided by A1 Quality Chimney. We were not asked to do a review or offered any incentive, unlike some other companies. We contacted the company Wed am, the owner Bob was at our house the same day. We were expecting bad news and were ready to put in a gas insert. Bob was informative and provided a very simple and cost effective solution. The chimney in our 40 yr old home was not up to code. Our fireplace was fixed within 2 days of Bob's visit- a new liner and a new cap. Bob also spent time with us making suggestions on how to update the look of our fireplace.The employees were informative and professional. We can now enjoy our smoke free fireplace. Thank you Bob and team!

    Chimney Cap Installation

    I was impressed by the fast response time for both scheduling the service call and having it done. I found the technician who did the work to be both courteous and helpful. They provided me with a good price and excellent work. I would definitely recommend them.

    chimney sweep, repair and insulation

    Our fireplace had been giving us problems since we moved to our house 20 years ago. Over the years we dealt with at least 2 different chimney companies but they were never really able to fix all the problems. When we hired A-1 , it was to clean the chimney but even more important, to see if they could tell us why so much cold air was coming OUT of the fireplace and into our room, when we had an insert which supposedly would prevent this. Owen and Shawn were great -- they found that our chimney cap had been partially knocked off, that there was no insulation around the liner, and no insulation around the insert. Don't know why the other companies couldn't tell us this. One trip a day later and everything was fixed. Finally, there's no breeze in the basement, and we are looking forward to reduced heating bills from now on. Thank you, Owen and Shawn -- we will definitely be recommending you!
