The experience that I have had with A1 Quality Chimney was very positive. I was able to contact them with no trouble, the people in the office were very courteous and worked with me on pricing and scheduling and gave me a discount for my multiple fireplaces. The technician who came was also very courteous, personable and professional as well as very tidy. He did a great job. I will be looking into using them to convert two of my fireplaces to gas as well. I would definitely recommend them. Fantastic service at a very fair price! A+

I was doing a masonry job for a Client of mine in Forest Hill. He told me of an issue he had with his wood burning fireplace chimney. There are two fireplaces on different levels exhausting through this chimney. Both had poor draft flow (the smoke was coming back in). I needed help with this so I called A1 Quality Chimney to come in to assess the situation. They were able to get their senior technician to the site the following day. This was desirable to me as it fit into me and my client’s busy schedule. Upon inspection they were able to isolate and resolve the cause of the issue in very short order. They also fully cleaned both fireplaces and chimneys and instructed my client on the best practices for using his fireplaces to prevent the situation from occurring again. A1's promptness and care in handling the situation tells me I got the right guys to do the job. I have since recommended A1 Quality Chimney in cases that required special attention and for regular cleanings. They have helped me by helping my clients. I recommend A1.

We were so pleased with A1 Quality Chimney! The previous homeowners had not cleaned the chimney in several years so the company certainly had their task cut out for them. They were professional, helpful and made excellent recommendations for proper chimney maintenance. The price was also very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

The fireplace technician, Rick, was fantastic. I was very pleased with his work. He was very informative. He took the time to explain to me all of the aspects of my fireplace in detail and was very patient. It is refreshing that there are still companies out there who care about their customers. The office staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use A-1 Quality Chimney again.

Very pleased with the recent wood burning chimney cleaning service we received. They were fast, professional, fit into our schedule, came on Saturday. Checked gas fireplaces at same time at no extra charge. That is customer service.

Making the appointment was easy and we even received a reminder call a day prior to the appointment. This chimney clean job was done quickly, the serviceman left the work area clean and he was very courteous.

After being turned down by two companies which deal in chimney cleaning and gas fireplace cleaning, I landed on A-1 Chimney Cleaning Repair. Expecting another rejection, I was surprised when Kelly offered his assistance and immediate attention to the problem at hand. He was delightful and enthusiastic to help me with my chimney and gas fireplace. Shortly after our conversation, Kelly sent over a gentleman named Bob for a free estimate. Bob came with years of experience and knowledge. He didn't waste any time. He advised me on what was important to get done and what I could ignore and not worry over. Bob looked over the gas fireplace and got on the phone to have someone who was gas certified to come over ASAP to have it cleaned(had not cleaned it in 7years). Bob was out the door on his next call and shortly after, I received a call from Kelly. He was already on a mission to send over Neville to clean my fireplace. Neville came the next day. He was very professional, polite, and smelled great!(he was wearing Hillfiger cologne). The rate was reasonable and the job was extremely well done! My fireplace looked brand new. I plan to use this company again. I have already set up an appointment for 2013 for a gas fireplace cleaning. After Neville left, Kelly called to confirm if service was completed and if I was happy. Now that's " impeccable service". I assure you will not be disappointed. Happy Holidays!!!

A-1 Quality Chimney was great. They were the only company I spoke to who could handle our type of chimneys AND come out for a free quote (everyone else had one problem or another). A-1 was quick and very efficient. Not to mention affordable and very knowledgeable! They walked me through some things and really helped educate me on the systems we have here. Very satisfied with their work.
