    10 New Windows

    Yuri was great to work with on the estimates and Bobby and his crew did a fantastic job installing the windows. The installation was fast and well done. Bobby's strong communication and offers to do little touches along the way were really appreciated. Ben B

    Window replacement

    From meeting at my house with Salesman Yuri, to visiting the factory and to the installation yesterday with Bobby and his crew I have been delighted with A1 Windows. The character of my 100 year old house has been maintained and they also look beautiful on the inside too! I am looking forward to inside comfort and lower energy bills as well! Thank you to all parts of this experience. It really was excellent!

    Full window replacement

    We obtained a quotation from A1 to replace half of the windows in our home, our plan was to do half this year, and half next, but the pricing was excellent so we decided that because we could afford it, we would go with the replacement of all of our windows. Their sales staff were top notch and very attentive. We had numerous questions, which were answered promptly and with great detail, we were also provided with a tour of their facility and show room so we could view their products and make final decisions on style, model, etc. The installation team was also top notch. Very professional crew. They arrived precisely on time in the morning and were done earlier than expected. Even the final site clean-up was better than expected. Their guys took the time to sweep and mop their way out of our house to make sure they got any last traces of dirt or debris that may have fallen off the protective carpet they installed before trucking their gear and any materials into our home. I work with very good contractors on a daily basis in my line of work. I have come to expect a certain standard of professionalism from trades people that I work with, and I can confidently say that A1 exceeded my expectations in every manner conceivable. I would not hesitate to recommend A1 Windows to my family, friends, colleagues, or clients.

    Window Replacement

    We hired A1 Windows to do a full window replacement on our gouse. From the time we statred to quote process with Sarb to the time the insrallera left we had a top notch customer experience. They have been excellent to deal with and the product is first class. The window look fantastic. We have had them installed for 3 months and recieved our December gas bill. This winter is far colder than last year and our bill is has dropped by over 60 percent. I highly recommend A1 Windows. First class company

    Window renovation

    Window replacement

    David was friendly and fast in giving me a quote and setting us up for financing. Bobby and his crew were quick and skilled with their installation - they did a great job. One final window was put in today (-11 degrees!) It was a tricky stairwell window and they finished in under an hour (despite their numb fingers!) Well done!

    Window replacements

    On the day of a ridiculous snow storm we had 3 of our home windows replaced. The three men who came were so efficient, they worked really well as a team. The windows are beautiful and installed very neatly. What struck me the most was how lovely these guys were. They all played with our 1 year old son and were so friendly and informative. Thank-you A1 Windows!!!!

    Quebec Street Renovation

    Having used A1 before they impressed us again. Our renovation project required all new windows so Rob Elliott came out to review the plans and the project. We went over the overall look of the project and Rob came up with the window design. He returned a few days later to ensure the measurements were correct. The windows arrived earlier than expected the delivery guys were efficient. I would highly recommend A1 and Rob Elliott, not only for their terrific products but their outstanding knowledge and customer service.

    Condo. window replacement

    We contracted with A1 to replace the windows in our 40 unit building. The salesman, advisors and installers were all very knowledgeable and professional. The product is exceptional. Work was completed on time and budget and the after sales service was very good. I am pleased to recommend this excellent company.

    Townhome(s) windows

    As a council member of 100+ strata corporation townhome units, I am pleased with the service & product provided by A1 windows. In 2015, our strata had several windows replaced and owners are very happy with the results. The glass installers focused on the job & were well organized. Due to Robs quick response and keen efficiency last year, I recently contacted him again for the replacement in the very near future of many more of our townhome windows. Once more Rob wasted no time to respond & was extremely helpful advising how to proceed with deteriorating windows. Due to these reasons, I would gladly recommend A1 windows.
