My house is. Lose to train bridge and it was very noisy . Chris recommend to replace the regular glasses with lami glasses to eliminate noise and it works very well.

It was a good experience with A1 Windows for window replacement. David did great job measuring windows and give a quick quote. Out of 13 windows, one needed to re-worked due to not square opening but they can come back in a couple days and did it right. I recommend A1 Windows.

This was not an easy job, some of the window suppliers I contacted would not even give me a quote. A1 was not only responsive and competitively priced, but were helpful right up to getting our windows on the barge. Obviously, getting the measurements perfect was important, and A1 found an error I had made in measuring one of the windows (comparing my measurement to the plans) so I was able to correct this prior to the Windows being made.

A1 Windows and our contractor worked well together during our kitchen renovation last winter. They were prompt, responsive and provided all the answers we needed during construction. Since then we've had two sets of bay windows replaced and completed everything we wanted. I would recommend David Star and his team and would not hesitate to use A1 Windows in the future.

This was a tricky window replacement job for several reasons, including the restricted access to some of the windows. The front bay window was always going to be the biggest problem given the height of the window and the steep slope in the driveway. David Starr and his team (the main installer was super friendly and helpful) somehow managed to pull it off in a single day - I left an old house to go to work in the morning and I came back to a vastly better new house at the end of the day. The windows fit perfectly, and the installation work was great. And, the quality of the windows is impressive. Thank you A1 Windows!

We contracted A1 to replace all the windows in our 1950's era bungalow. A1 were responsive, prompt, and professional with all aspects of the project, from preparing an estimate, visiting to make measurements, discussing options by phone, through the installation and completion of the work. It was a pleasure to talk with their very knowledgeable sales representative (David) by phone - he answered all of my questions with patience and good humour, and was willing to explore and advise on alternative ideas. The windows were ready at the scheduled time and were installed neatly and efficiently. The entire project from initial enquiry through completion was carried out in a time frame of a couple of months. We are very pleased with the results.

I had my windows replaced by A1 Windows 10 years ago. I had noticed in the last couple of months on the livingroom window the glass was separating from the frame. When I got a chance to call A1 Windows, I realized I was just over my 10 year warranty. I spoke to Sarb and he assured me he will have a service tech come by and assess the problem. I had an appointment with the service tech within 48 hours and problem fixed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend A1 windows to friends and family. Thank you Sarb for a job well done.
