Advantage Pest Control showed up with 12 hours, seated the area of concern, and the rest of the property. The technician spent the time to go over with me how to prevent and deal with ants and insects overall. It was the best service call Ive experienced in over 10 years. Kent Williams.

Dave from Advantage called ahead and arrived on time. The service was great. Dave took the time to understand the scope of the problem and developed a great strategy to deal with the carpenter ants. He answered all my questions and went the extra mile to satisfy me and solve my problem. He explained the warranty and put my mind at ease. When wasps started coming through our air conditioner it was late on the Friday of a long weekend when nearly everyone had already closed up shop. Review Advantage went the extra mile to get someone out very early the next morning so we could enjoy our weekend wasp-free. They were upfront and accurate about both timing and price. The wasps were gone for good after just that one visit. Service was friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them.

We were in need of a pest control service and called upon Advantage Pest Control company who expeditiously arrived the same day. The technician addressed our concerns with expertise and professionalism. Part of the service included a thorough check of all inside entries and outside parameters. We are very pleased with the advice given and consented immediately to the program that was recommended. We definitely recommend this company for all pest control needs.

When calling to discuss our ant problem and see if Advantage was the best fit for us, the owner Paolo was extremely knowledgeable and ready to help. He was able to explain the different types of ants we may be seeing and how they enter the home. He shared his solution, which for us, was to get the interior baseboards and exterior of the home sprayed. When the service expert Paul arrived, he was extremely respectful. He wore a mask and remained six feet apart at all times while I showed him our home and the “hot spot” areas for the ants. He patiently answered all my questions and was very pleasant the whole time! After the product was sprayed, we had to stay out of our home for a minimum of 3 hours to let it dry so that it was safe for our kids and pets to be around it. There was a slight chemical smell when we entered but it was not overwhelming and faded quickly. I opened a few windows and we didn’t notice it anymore after about 30 mins. So far we haven’t seen any more ants, and I am SO HAPPY this problem has been taken care of! Thank you Paolo and team for doing such great work, and most of all, giving this mama peace of mind in her own home!

I can't say enough positive about my first experience with Advantage. Incredibly fast - they came the same day I called even though I was an hour from their office, incredibly efficient - they responded to my homestar inquiry within minutes with a cell # to call, when I called i was immediately patched in with dispatch, after a couple minutes of discussion a technician was locked in for me same day, and the technician Gabriel was thorough and amazing. Great job all around Advantage!! Above and beyond, and for that I HIGHLY recommend them.

I've used Advantage Pest Control for many years. We live next to a creek and have plenty of wildlife around our house, which is great but requires professional help from time to time. We've had raccoons, mice and ants. Advantage arrives promptly and takes care of the situation. Cost are reasonable, in line with similar professional pest control services. I'm very happy with them and am not inclined to take a chance with anyone else. I highly recommend Advantage.

I have annual issues with flies and lady bugs entering the home twice a year, and is a real nuisance. I spoke with Paolo who was very knowledgeable, and gave me the best package to ensure the pests were taken care of, along with any other issues found. I have already recommended them to other friends and family!
