    Wasp nest in outer brick wall

    Wasp Problem- Inspection & Removal

    We had a problem with wasps . We called Advantage to inspect. Juan came out and was awesome! He listened to my concerns. He was fully prepared, inspected the area completely, removed the wasp nest from the top floor of the building and treated the area. He also gave some helpful suggestions to avoid future wasp issues. His work was done thoroughly in a professional and tidy manner.

    Outside ant spray

    Jeff was amazing! He sprayed everywhere around my home, found carpenter ants all on the south side of my home and existing fence. He left ant bait. A thorough job! And explained everything and took the time!

    Mice in house

    We recently had mice in our house. The way we knew this is that we woke up one morning and found mice poop all over our kitchen counter. We also had food in our cupboards torn apart. We immediately called the pros. Advantage Pest control came very highly regarded from many people in our neighborhood. I called and immediately was transferred to Paolo, a true professional, who told me he would immediately someone to come take a look. Terrance showed up very shortly after my call and told us we likely multiple mice in our house. He not only investigated the immediate area but looked from top to bottom in my house and then followed up by looking at the complete exterior of my house to check for entry points. He told me he didnt want to only solve the problem but wanted to prevent any future problems. A++ Terrance! He set some traps and told me to expect resolution of the problem in a few days. To our surprise we woke up the next morning and no sight of any mice or droppings. This company is very transparent, professional, and knowledgeable. They came very highly recommended and I would recommend them myself without hesitation. Great job and thank you.

    Disappointed with Follow-up Visit

    In the first visit, the gentlemen placed baits in different corners of the house, and suggested me to ask for him again in the follow-up visit, so that he can examine the baits. Unfortunately, the guy came for the follow-up visit was not him. This guy, named John, came in, looked around and briefly checked the baits, and kept on saying "it's ok, there's no activity". I showed him the place where I saw dead mouse some time ago, and asked him to check where it got into the house. He only browsed around (not even with a torch light) and said he couldn't see anything. His stay was less than 15 minutes. I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided. After posting the above review, the company called me and arranged another visit right away. This time they sent another person called Terence. He's very professional and detailed, even crawed into the garage which was used as storage. He found a hole with mouse droppings and determined that's where mice got into the house. That's why I'm editing my original review and ratings.

    Extermination service

    When a tenant discovered carpet beetles in their apartment, they were understandably upset and wanted this addresses asap. All of the companies we called were booking a week or two in advance. No one wants to live with bugs and certainly not for that long. We were able to connect with Advantage and they came in to inspect and address the issue the next day. They were professional and thorough. Most importantly my tenant felt the issue was handled well, had everything explained to them bybthe service technician and best of all, no more bugs. I really liked that Advantage also followed up with me tongo over what they did and tips for ensuring they don't come back.

    Carpenter Ants

    For a Senior, recent issues(COVID, in-house maintenance) have been challenging. Forced to catch up, I called Advantage Pest Control for help to deal with nasty carpenter ants. Within days, Advantage sent Scott, a very personable and professional technician to solve my problem. Thanks Scott and Advantage Pest Control for a job well done at a very very fair price. George.     Bed Bug Heat Treatment

    Thank you so much! I was infested with bed bugs in my 1 bedroom unit. The building management sprayed twice a d the problem persisted. I contacted Danielle at your front desk who was knowledgeable and helpful. I booked the treatment. The cost was similar to others but your friendly service made all the difference. The treatment was completed days after booking. The prep and expectations were clearly laid out. Gabrielle was my technician. He was on time. Left ZERO mess and he eased my mind from beginning to end. My home is comfortable again. Thank you both.
