Aim Cedar Works is awesome! Jim did a site visit, provided a clear recommendation and a price quote. The topography of the fence location is tricky, but Jim figured out a plan. The Aim Cedar Works team who did the work was timely, professional and on budget. The office staff is also very pleasant. Thanks!

This was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the first visit by Jim Brayfield to check what we needed to the final completion. We are 100% happy with our new fence.

Very pleased from the beginning with a speedy quote from Jim, and the work installing the new fence. Both workers did thier best to make sure we were happy with the outcome. It’s nice to see someone like Wade take pride in the work he completes. I will recommend them to others for sure.

We got together with 4 neighbours and had our adjoining fences replaced. We were happy with the results. A shout out to Wade who did an awesome job and kept us apprised with the progress. He was very accommodating and was able to get what we wanted done as well as the other neighbours Great job!

Our 20 year old fence was in a poor state. They returned our calls/emails promptly (at least half the companies we contacted didn’t even do this much!). Someone came here in person to do measurements and see what they were dealing with. The estimate they sent us was same-day and organized in easy detail. They were able to do our fence sooner than we expected. They completed the job in the time stated, left everything clean, the people who installed the fence were polite and did a good job. The only “extra” I wish they offered is maybe pre-stained or painted fencing, or a service that will do that once installed.

I was happy to not have to put up another fence on my own. AIM did a great job, from the estimator, Jim to the great installer, Wade who did the job almost entirely by himself, to Adriana who dealt with the accounts. Many thanks for a job well done

If you looking for a very professional services all the way from initial estimates to completed installation, congrats, you found it. Knowledgeable and very flexible staff readily available for all questions and concerns. Installer takes pride in his workmanship and it’s obvious he wants the customer to be satisfied. No hidden fees even in my complex project with 4 parties. Highly recommend the AIM Cedar Works.

The builders were well qualified and had experience and knowledge of how to handle the hard areas. They were easy to talk to and had great attitudes. Very customer focussed. My fence looks amazing as they had a strong attention to detail and made the weird areas look perfect. Great team and would recommend to my friends and family.

I am extremely pleased to write a review and recomendation of Aim Cedar Works Ltd. The entire end to end experience with this company was fantastic! The people who work at this company are very professional, friendly, attentive, and punctual on timeline commitments. When I visited their website to request a fence quote for myself and a neighbor, I was very impressed with their quick response. I received a call later in the day by a very pleasant lady to set up a date and time for the estimator to come on site. The person who conducted the quote was Jim and he was very punctual on his arrival to perform the estimate. He was very courteous and informative in explaining options. He also explained the process timelines on where they were at in terms of existing projects. This provided me with an idea of timelines upon notifying to proceed. He also offered flexible options on invoicing as I was sharing costs with my neighbor. By the end of the day I had received a quote from Jim in my email inbox. Upon reviewing the quote and options with my neighbor, we proceeded to have Aim Cedar Works do our fence replacement. Jim was very responsive to questions and inquiries during the process which I was extremely impressed. He also provided a timeline on when they could begin which was aligned to when he came on site to perform the estimate. Aim Cedar Works was excellent in notifying me when the project would be starting as well as who would be on site and their estimated time of arrival. We had Miles and Matteo come our to remove the old fence and install the new fence. They were very professional, efficient, and friendly. Upon completion of the fence (same day project), I found their attention to detail to be great especially when it came to sizing panels to fit in more intricate areas. I would highly recommend Aim Cedar Works Ltd to anyone who is looking for a company who is extremely professional, does great work at a competitive price, and are very attentive to customer questions and inquiries.

My neighbour and I are very happy with the fences Aim Cedarworks put up for us. Jim came up with an excellent plan for my fence as it had to negotiate between trees and a concrete wall; Wade was adept at completing it. What was once an eyesore is now the prettiest fence on our block: the other homeowners near me are delighted. The fences are solidly built with no gaps. I’ve waited decades to put up a new fence and I’m so glad Aim Cedarworks were the company who did it. I have no reservations about recommending them (and have) to anyone else.
