    furnace fix

    Aire One came to fix our furnace today. The service went very well. The tech was a really good guy. He was thorough, explained what he did, understood my observations of the problem, and resolved quickly. Good experience.

    Furnace Fix

    Aire One was coming to maintenance our furnace, but it stopped working last night. Fortunately, the technician came within the prescribed time and identified what the problem was. He made arrangements so we have heat now. We were impressed by the timeliness and the troubleshooting of the situation so we could get heat today. The experience was great.

    Furnace Repair

    I called Aire One at 9 am when I discovered my furnace wouldn't turn on with the first snow fall of the year. By 11 am I had a very personable and polite technician at my door. He did his best to describe the issues with my furnace, offered suggestions to fix the issues. Although he was not fully equipped with the parts required, he returned promptly with the parts as promised, and completed all the work. Well done Aire One, thank you.

    Furnace Maintenance

    The experience getting the furnace serviced was great. Everything checked out fine. The guy was very friendly. He went down to the basement and was efficient and quick. He came back up and explained everything. He also included notes about everything he did on the bill which was appreciated.

    Furnace

    The furnace was serviced and it went very well. The gentleman was very informative about our furnace. He gave lots of good information and talked about the different readings he had. For example, the CO coming out of the furnace. He gave us a tip that we should move the carbon monoxide sensors higher for safety. He was in and out in little over half an hour. He also asked if there were any furnace symptoms and we told him there was a slight vibration. He found that it was some sheet metal and fixed the problem.

    p-trap replacment

    The Aire One technician arrived a few minutes before the advised time to install a new p-trap on our furnace. He completed his work quietly and efficiently in about 15 minutes. Installer had a positive and friendly attitude and explained what he did and why. Aire One also installed our A/C, furnace and tankless hot water heater a few years ago. We have had no problems with them and have been very happy with both the original installation and the excellent warranty and maintenance service provided by Aire One since.

    FURNACE SERVICE

    The furnace was serviced by Air One. The experience was fine. He was quick and thorough. He checked everything with me. He also went through the paperwork and billing with me.

    Chimney cap and fireplace service

    The tech was excellent, informative and nice to talk to. We couldn't ask for anyone better. Aire One sells an excellent product and they take care of stuff. They have been giving us excellejnt service ever since we bought the A/C and furnace from them. They also do excellent service on fireplaces even though we didn't buy ours from them.

    Furnance

    The furnace was serviced. Everything went well. The guy was polite. He gave me a slip where he wrote down everything that he did. Aire One also put in our furnace and A/C. The install was great. Super job.

    Furnace Tune-Up

    Our experience was perfect! The serviceman was very informative and very pleasant. He showed me what he did and what I needed to do. He told me that the filter we had for the dehumidifier was too small and suggested we get a bigger one. A very good experience.
