    Furnace Fix

    The fix went very well. He was definitely on time and even a little bit early. He was a friendly man. He told me exactly what was wrong and what my choices were. The furnace was fixed and I have heat now. He did all the testing and I do not have any carbon monoxide which is good. Overall, he was prompt and polite.

    Hot water heater

    The experience couldn't have gone any better. The hot water heater was leaking from one of the joints. The guy tightened the joints. He was in and out very quickly. He was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing.

    Furnace Fixed

    Our furnace was fixed by Aire One today and it went very effieicently. The guy was very pleasant and professional. He was able to resolve our furnace issues very quickly. I appreciated that he explained exactly what he was doing.

    Thermostat Replacement

    The thermostat was replaced by Air One and it went just fine. James certainly showed up on time and was very professional. He made it quick and easy. Air One also installed our furnace and A/C and that was fine as well. Everything is working fine.

    Furnace Tune-Up

    Air one came to tune-up our furnace. The CO levels were too high, so we are having a new furnace and A/C installed. The technician was very nice. The salesman was also very nice. We are happy they could respond so quickly after having to turn the furnace off. Very pleased with everything so far.

We will do our best to make you happier in the future. If the Carbon Monoxide levels are above the allowed limits we will always shut a furnace down, because we prefer having an upset and safe customer rather than having a customer getting hurt.

    Furnace&A/C Installation

    Andy from Air 1 installed a furnace and air conditioner in our home and we are very pleased. I like details and they were very detailed. The way they installed the wires and piping, etc. was very neat. Overall they did a great job!

    Furnace Installation

    Aire One installed the furnace and air conditioner in my home and they were great. They had to work in a small area all day but did a great job and cleaned up nicely after work. My daughter says it was warmer downstairs than it has ever been before.

    Furnace Maintenance

    When our furnace was serviced by Aire One, the experience went very well. Mike was very efficient and thorough. He what he was supposed to and did all his crosschecks.

    Furnace Service

    Aire-One came to service the furnace. They did a wonderful job. Our air conditioner was installed by Aire One in 2012. Two guys came and arrived on time. The A/C has been running well whenever it is needed.

    FIREPLACE SERVICE

    I had a fireplace service with Aire One. There were no problems. They did a great job. The technician was polite, took his shoes off and fixed the problem. I will have Aire One back to do our furnance and A/C.
