Just had the furnace and air conditioner installed by Aire One. I later called them to turn my fireplace on. The guy took his shoes off (that was nice!) and did the task in no time at all. I find everyone at Aire One to be pleasant and polite.

The service guys that came over were late because they had been held over by another job, but we did not hold it against them because the office was nice enough to call and let us know. Once here they were very efficient. Aire One has been pretty good to me since the install two years ago.

The other day the furnace stopped working so I called Aire One from the Yellow Pages. It is the first time we called them and the gentleman who came in was spot on and got the job done. Very informative and resourceful and I would definitely recommend their service.

We had a problem with the fireplace so we called Aire One. Their mechanic was friendly and focused. He found the problem, offered a solution and now we are scheduled to have the part installed next week. I am very pleased with them.

I have Aire One do the maintenance on my equipment ever since I have purchased the furnace and air from them. The technician who came this time was polite and took care of his job well. He was on time and everything went well. Web site to schedule an appointment didn't work. Had to call in to schedule.

I bought the heater from Aire One a few years ago and this year I decided to get a humidifier on my furnace. The humidifier installer was very thorough and did an amazing job. He cleaned up at the end and told me how to use the humidifier. The technician was extremely professional and courteous.

It is the first time I ever used Aire 1 for my furnace. They sent a specialist to see why the furnace was blowing cold air and he quickly fixed it by changing a part. So far I am satisfied with their service.

I am very satisfied with the service that Keith did for me. The service window was scheduled for between 11am and 1pm and he arrived at 11:30 . As far as I can tell he did an awesome job. My experience with Aire One goes back to 2006 when the furnace in my not yet two-year old home started to screech unbearably loud on a Saturday morning. Aire One was the only furnace supplier/repairservice to answer the phone. After talking to their rep, I drove to Kitchener to discuss my issue and options with him. He was very friendly, helpful and reassuring. He came on the Monday, provided me with options and a quote on a new, more efficient furnace with a ten year warranty. I opted for the new furnace and it was installed on the Friday. The warranty came in handy last summer when the motor in the furnace failed. A technician arrived promptly, identified the problem and was back in two days with the replacement. The cost of the part, service calls and the labour was all covered by the warranty. Aire One was there for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and relatives, and I have done so.

We're very happy with the entire experience, Jerry takes a lot of pride in his work, everything was installed nice and neat. It was raining while he was here and he left the house the way he found it, he placed drop cloths through out the house so the floors wouldn’t get dirty, we really appreciated that. Also, Mike was very patient with us and helped us determine what we needed to purchase. We’ve had a few different companies give us quotes over the past year and part of the reason we went with you guys is because of Mike's knowledge and his openness to answer all our questions. Aire One installed the boiler in our home a few years ago and today Mike stopped by for an inspection. He was very thorough, double checking everything with me. He even mentioned something to do with my water heater even though he was here for the boiler!
