    Furnace Fixed

    My service went great, Louis is the guy who came out. The furnace is now functioning properly after he replaced the part. He solved the problem and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions. We just moved into a new home and Aire one made it quite easy for us. When I called to originally schedule the appointment, Jessica was clear and it was very easy to book an appointment. They even called the day before to confirm and remind us. The experience I have had with Aire One has made me and my family super happy.

    FURNACE AND A/C

    I am very satisfied with the tech Lewis who is very thorough. He just did my furnace and a/c tuneup because I bought my equipment from Aire One a few years ago. They always have great customer service and the equipment is running very well.

    Service

    The technician James came and he serviced one of the pressure switches, and since then it is running well. He then told me that if it starts acting up again to let Aire one know right away. I am very happy with with the trouble shooting, he also said that he felt that it was the inducer that was sending the codes and said that if it acted up again, upon my notifying them, they would order the part right off the bat just in case we would need it. Everything is great with Aire one, whenever we called they would be here right away. I am absolutely happy with Aire one.

    FURNACE INSPECTION

    Aire One has been excellent so far and the technician that came over was very nice and efficient, like every time I called them. He checked the furnace and a/c everything is safe and running perfectly.

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace wasn't working properly so we called Aire One. The tech came and found the solution to the problem. So far I am very happy with their service and with the way they treated me.

    Carrier Furnace and Air

    We decided to buy a better furnace and we called a couple companies in. We decided to buy Carrier from Aire One and it was a smart decision! The furnace runs perfectly and the installation went very smooth.

    YEARLY TUNEUP

    We bought a furnace and air conditioner from AireOne five years ago. We do yearly tuneup to make sure everything works properly and they do a very good job every time they come over.

    Water Heater Install

    What a terrific company! They quoted me a very competitive price for a water heater rental (Jake). They arrived promptly on time. (Mike and Ed). They removed my old water heater rental and returned it to my old vendor. They installed a new water heater at no cost to me. They brought the connections up to code. No charge for anything. Now all I do is pay monthly. And in ten years they will pull this water heater out and replace it again no questions asked. What a great service! Their people are very professional and friendly. A highly recommended company.

    Air conditioner installation

    The installation of our air conditioner was fantastic. I have no complaints. The installers were top notch and they even reset the furnace even though we only had the air conditioner installed by Aire One. Adam, our sales guy, was the only one we had that was honest. He was even honest enough to tell us that we do not need a new furnace. When we had reliance over, they were not even honest about the amount of money that we should get for a rebate. We were looking for honesty and quality and that is what you get with Aire One.

    Furnace

    I bought the furnace from Aire One a few years ago and I can say I had real good luck with them. The service guy who came out recently for my tuneup is really good.
