    replace condensation pan

    My service was good. Louis was a little late but he was nice enough to call to let me know he'd be running late and the office called as well. He even helped me out by replacing my flickering florescent bulb. He was also really respectful as he took his boots off when he walked in the front door in order to keep the house clean.

    Sorry we were late. We know the average time a service call takes but sometimes things don't go as planned and we end being a little late. Also, sometimes the repairs are faster than average and we end up asking customers to allow us to come early. For 92% of the service calls we arrive within our time frame.     Air Conditioner Repair

    After purchasing a new air conditioner just a few months ago, I was surprised to find that it having issues this summer. After placing a service call I was pleasantly surprised with the prompt and thorough attention that I received with my matter. The service technician went above and beyond to explain where the issue was in my unit and gave me piece of mind that the issue had been resolved. I would most certainly recommend this company to others, and in fact I've already told others just how great my experience was!

    FURNACE AND A/C INSPECTION

    Tom was polite and thorough. He noticed an issue with our water heater which was appreciated because he was only there to do a tune-up on our furnace and A/C. He pointed out everything when he was done and gave me a rundown.

    The tech Lewis was really good in terms of asking me the right questions and he was very good at listening to my explanation. He was very helpful when he made recommendations also he was very knowledgeable about the equipment. One of the things I really liked the most was he made recommendations that would save me money in the long run.

    TUNE-UP

    We had Louis come over for maintenance on our A/C and furnace. He was very helpful in answering all questions and pointed out all deficiencies. We needed a new filter that we bought from him directly and he installed it for me. He was friendly and efficient to get to work and he was on time as well. Best tech I've ever had!

    Air conditioner installed

    When we decided to have an Air conditioner installed we contacted several companies. AirOne was the only company that agreed to come to our home to confirm what we needed re size and installation. They arrived the next day and within the week it was installed. The men were courteous, quick and cleaned up nicely. They also filed for our $400 rebate and we received it with in the time limit they had told us.

    New Furnace

    The employees from Air One were quick, clean, and friendly. They were also very informative when answering my questions. Thankfully, they were able to install our new furnace promptly since it was one of the coldest days of the year. We are very happy with the service and the product they provided.

    Furnace/Water Heater/Air Condioner

    This past spring we had a leaking water heater and a furnace that wouldn’t turn on. (both failures on the same day) I called Aire One and Colin came out a couple of hours later. We chatted and he showed us our options and gave us an estimate in a professional manner. We scheduled the job and Colin told us the time it would take. The professional installers showed up on time with Colin and had done the work in the time frame specified. After the install the technicians cleaned up their work and took away the old units like there was never a problem. We were very happy with Aire One!

    Furnace Replacement

    When my furnace quit I was upset as I hate taking off work for service appointments especially since half the time they either show up extremely late or not at all - this was not the case with the Aire One. They showed up on time and were courteous and professional - I showed them where everything was and then I was able to leave and go to work. When I returned home from work they were gone, the new furnace was installed and there wasn't any garbage to be seen anywhere - in fact my basement was cleaner then it was when they arrived. I highly recommend Aire One for heating and cooling needs.

    Annual Furnace & A/C Maintanence

    We've been dealing with Aire One for over 5 years and they've always been professional, honest and friendly. The technicians are always on time and knowledgeable. Always really great service!
