    Furnace and Ac tuned up

    We had our furnace and Ac tuned up. Jake was on time and was very courteous. He did a very thorough inspection and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything. We give him a 10 0ut of 10!

    Furnace burner replacement

    The burners on our York furnace needed replacing under warranty. Aire One was responsive and scheduled an appointment promptly. The technician was on time, very courteous and professional. He explained the issue well and completed the work very quickly. A nice feature is the wireless debit machine allowing for easy payment.

    Semi annual service

    From initial instalment 2008 we have had comfort and piece of mind under Aire One's 10 yr gold warranty plan. The one time there was equipment failure, the response was immediate. The technician has always been efficient and very pleasant. I recommend Air One to everyone who desires quality and great service, from the office staff to the techs!

    annual A/C tune up

    As with past tune up calls, the technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of the unit and provided some valuable suggestions to keep unit running at peak efficiency.

    Furnace Repair

    Was recommend by my mother in law and thankful for it. Had a blower motor issue with my 10 year old furnace. Service came in within the time quoted which was thankfully short. Great service. Great knowledge and great advice. Will absolutely call again if we need service on HVAC. Thanks for the great service and response.

    Ductless A/C Problem

    I made a service call to Aire One to fix a ductless a/c unit that was not working. I was able to book a service call that coincided with my schedule. The service technician was on time and courteous. He was able to troubleshoot the problem within 15 minutes. He explained the issue and how to resolve in the future. Service cost was reasonable. I would recommend trying Aire One for heating and cooling repairs.

    Annual maintenance a/c and furnace

    Once again got the same great attentive service from the Aire One people. Technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I even got a same day follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service. Great job Aire One! See you next year.

    Annual furnace / A/C check

    Pre-paid for 10 annual service checks when we purchased the furnace and air conditioner. Technicians are always personable. This time was no exception: Pleasant technician. Took time to explain everything. No complaints.

    furnace/AC annual tuneup

    The technician came today to do the bi-annual tuneup of our furnace/AC. He was verycourteous and knowledgeable about his craft. He also ansered all my questions in a polite manner .All in all job well done. 10 out of 10.

    furnace check

    Great service, great job. They arrived in good time, worked efficiently, and we're very respectful of our house. They were done in a timely manor, so that my whole day wasn't tied up waiting.
