The technician was on time, knowledgeable and very polite. I have had this service with Air-One every year. And have always been very satisfied with the service Continue with the good work.

We had our Furnace and A/C tuned up by air one technician. He is very informative, helpful and answered to all our questions. His service performance was above our expectation. He is definitely recommended. Greatly appreciated!!

We were in need of replacing our old mid-efficiency furnace so we got a few quotes before deciding on Air One. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive however; the selling feature for me was when the salesman brought in the installer that was going to do the job by to review the project. The furnace was located in a bad spot in the basement so we had already made the decision was made to move the furnace (and all other mechanical) to the back corner to make better use of the space in our basement. This required all new ductwork to be installed along with the addition of a new high efficiency furnace. Scott who would be doing the install went over what I wanted to do in detail. He then reviewed the existing ductwork, pointed out the flaws in what was there and finally went through the job with his recommendations as if he was doing this project in his own house. With this he also suggested some things to avoid with the install as he said they were simply adding unnecessary cost that would not yield the final product that I was looking for. When it came time to do the actual job, Scott arrived on time with an assistant and they immediately proceeded to rip out the old furnace and ductwork. The gas piping was updated, the new furnace put into place and the ductwork was installed in the planned 3 day timeframe. While onsite Scott was also very good to answer any questions I had during the process. The new ductwork was also installed in the position I requested to maximize the space in the basement. Through all this the guys kept their work area neat and tidied up daily as they wrapped up. When the job was complete the service tech that came out to install my new thermostat was very knowledgeable and quite thorough as he showed me how to use the new control. As in any project of this magnitude there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way but overall any deficiencies were resolved quickly and without issue.

Tune-up was performed very well. The technician arrived on time and was very precise in his work. He kept telling us what he was testing and how the test results were coming out as he went along. He was very courteous and respectful. Very efficient. We would grade him a 10 out of 10.

As a single woman and home owner at times I am overwhelmed when things go wrong that I do not have the knowledge how to fix or who to call. I have had Aire One to my home for both my furnace in the past and recently last week my hot water heater. They technician was on time, very friendly, and walked me thru everything. He was quick and went above and beyond asking if I needed anything else when I realized it was time to replace my furnace filter he quickly checked the one I needed and was able to sell me one right there on the spot from the stock he had on him. Avoiding my dreaded trek to a hardware store. Thank you Aire One!!

We had a Carrier furnace installed last week, and we were very pleased with the work done. A considerable amount of piping needed to be replaced in order to meet new building code, and the installers did a lot of work! As a result of no longer requiring a humidifier, the line that used to run to it needed to be closed off. There was a bit of dripping that resulted. However, upon mentioning this to Aire One, an installer promptly returned to remedy the issue. My family is very pleased with the new furnace we now have, and were also impressed with the level of service we received. We were also pleased with the salesperson who sold us the furnace, thoroughly explaining what was needed, and we felt we purchased a furnace that met our needs.

Very clean, professional, efficient and able to distil information in a easy to understand fashion with every appointment. Current and future options were laid out without sales pressure of any kind

Aire One installed our A/C 6 years ago and we have used them for maintenance for our furnace and A/C since then. Always courteous service, always on time, have always been satisfied with their work. We have an issue with condensation in our windows in winter and the technician offered us some options to consider. Will continue to use Aire One for all of our HVAC requirements. I work in facility management and I know good service when I see it!

The technician who was doing 10 years warranty service call on my home AC with yearly tune up was very experience and excellent customer service person. He arrived on the time that was given by the officer and had provide good suggestions during the inspection of the unit.

Following a phone call to confirm our appointment the technician arrived on time, was pleasant, clean and efficient in checking our year old system. He offered a print out of the levels and answered any questions I had very clearly. We are happy with the system we had installed and the service we've received.
