    Service Call to correct deficiencies

    The technician arrived , put on his booties and proceeded to get to work. He was polite, amenable, helpful and we were very pleased with his work and the sharing of his knowledge. He was very pleasant to work with

    Aire one kitchener

    My furnace broke down and I had to purchase a new furnace. It was installed the very next day ! Bill and zack extremely professional and explained clearly the different components of the furnace. I would recommend this company.

    Furnace maintenace program

    I recently cancelled my furnace maintenance program since I sold my house and there it was not required. I was also due for a regular furnace check up so I agreed to have a technician go to my home to do the routine check up. My furnace is 12 years old so I thought it was a good idea even though the new owners were scheduled to move in a couple weeks later. It turns out that the technician wrote up an estimate advising I needed all kinds of repairs and recommended that I buy a new furnace. He also sent report this to my utility company and had was required to fix the problem in 60 days. I then decided to hire another company to assess the situation and to confirm that I actually did need a new furnace as I suspected something was not right. It turns out that my furnace did not need any repairs or further work and in fact was working perfectly. My new technician submitted a correction notice to my utilities company and thankfully I do not need to replace the furnace. I do hope that this review will be beneficial to other customers in the same situation as I believe this will probably happen to others, I can’t be the only one .

At Aire One, safety is our top priority and when one of our team members notes that a furnace is leaking, it is our obligation to send the infraction to Kitchener Utilities. Our technician observed that the inducer motor and ABS venting was leaking and as such, it was a legal requirement to send the report. This requirement is for your safety. Upon speaking with you afterward, we requested a copy of the correction from the other company, so we could discuss the matter with the technician that made the diagnosis, to which you declined. The other company is now liable should something still be wrong with the unit. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please call us at 1-866-234-8200.     Maintenance on my Furnace

    I have been experiencing problems with my furnace that is still under warranty. Aire One has attended within 24 hours to fix the problem. They have always arrived masked and taken their footwear off before entering my home. All the employees from the people who answer the phone to the technicians have all been informative and friendly. I will continue to call them when I need any service done.

    Precision Tune Up

    Annual Precision Tune Up this year was included in a protection plan from the company and it was done very safely (e.g. wearing mask and distancing) by a friendly and knowledgeable technician. Would recommend. Bought my furnace approx 12 years ago and have used them every year since.

    Furnace replacement

    Replaced 2 old furnaces. One died on a Friday. Sales rep was there within 30min of the call on Saturday and new furnaces were installed first thing Monday morning. Great service and all people involved were very friendly. Ver competitive pricing and great warranty also. Highly recommend

    Super friendly

    The furnace wasn't working in the morning but David C got out really quickly (within an hour) and determined the cause of the problems, cheerful the entire time. Makes it easier to head bad news that way!

    Great service
