We apologize that you feel your experience was not favourable, and we understand your frustration regarding this situation. At Aire One, safety is our top priority and when one of our team members notes that a furnace is leaking, it is our obligation to send the infraction to Kitchener Utilities. Our technician observed that the inducer motor and ABS venting was leaking and as such, it was a legal requirement to send the report. This requirement is for your safety.
Upon speaking with you afterward, we requested a copy of the correction from the other company, so we could discuss the matter with the technician that made the diagnosis, to which you declined. The other company is now liable should something still be wrong with the unit.
