    Hot Water Heater service w/ Sean

    As always, Aire One has stayed on top of my pre-paid plan and made sure that all maintenance was performed on time and thoroughly. I received a call two days ago to schedule maintenance service for my rented hot water heater. Sean arrived on time, was extremely professional and efficient, not to mention very friendly and approachable. Employees like Sean are the reason that I have my a/c, furnace, humidifier, and water heater from Aire One. Always a pleasure to deal with.

    New hot water tank install.

    Charlie and Gee installed a new hot water tank today in my home. They were very professional and respectful towards my wife and I. They didn't leave any mess and they worked so quietly that we almost forgot that they were downstairs. Great work and I highly recommend!!

    Service furance

    Service was quick. Technion was knowledgeable and courteous. .Ricardo is a keeper 5 stars .I have always had good service from.this company .all seem very well trained. And product first class

    Furnace

    Sean was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions with patience. He did a thorough job with our furnace maintenance and arrived between the allotted times. Thanks Sean, great job!

    Furnace purchase and install, Water heater rental and install

    We are very satisfied with the service provided by Aire One. Rick helped us with equipment selection, purchase and rental, Eric and Kyle installed everything, and they all answered all our questions and explained operation well. Equipment performs as "advertised".

    Install furnace

    Bill and Ryan were fast and friendly and helpful in explaining my new furnace. Put down covering for my floors and cleaned up well, also set up and reviewed thermostsat

    Service call

    Quick response to my call for service. Service person was knowledgeable and courteous. A full explanation of the issue was presented and an appointment to replace the part was scheduled for the next day as the part was not readily available.

    Furnace cleaning

    Great knowledgable service. Checked furnace and tankless water heater very thorough. Will use again. Technician. Was very friendly and on time. Left full itemized account with full breakdown and explanation of all the parts he checked and cleaned

    Water Heater

    We were very impressed with Matt and Kyle’s work ethic and people skills. They were polite, very informative, neat, and very efficient. Both men took their time explaining the process and what was done. They took great respect in protecting our newly installed wooded floors and removed the old water heater with care. Both men ended their appointment by wishing us a great day. And it was at that! Matt and Kyle are definitely an asset to Air One’s team of professionals.

    Furnace replacement and new AC

    Austin and Andrew were phenomenal. They expertly took out the old furnace, pipes and drop and boot. Then they installed the new furnace, added pipes and metal work back in and tested the system. They explained the furnace parts to me and showed me how to change the filter. Very thorough and professional. They took away all rubbish and left my basement and yard clean. Thanks so much.
