    New furnace installed

    No heat on Saturday morning. Service man was here in less than 2 hours. Too costly to repair. Ordered new furnace and Ricardo and Dave installed on Monday. All done and cleaned up in a few hours. Great job.

    Installation of a hot water tank

    Charley and his assistant installed a 50 gallon tank with care and professionalism. The floor and stairwell were covered with a tarp and all residue material from the old tank were promptly cleaned up and discarded. Charley explained his installation while I watched the whole process. My only disappointment was the mixing valve which is an energy waste but mandated by Kitchener Utilities which should allow one to waive this unit. Overall I was very satisfied

    Great all-around service

    Had Sean come by for the annual service - was on time, friendly, and made the whole process quick and painless. Had my AireOne furnace since 2017, flawless experience. Thanks!

    Furnace check and change filter

    Shawn was very efficient and knowledgeable....very satisfied with today's service :) I have used Aire One with two of my properties and have had quality product installed in each home. I have always had great service :)

    Furnaces and fireplace maintenance

    Phil was very knowledgeable and he explained everything. His work was excellent. We would like Phil to do any future problems we may have and all our maintenance work. He fixed the drainage hose form the humidifier it had a kink in it which caused it to clog up, and he advised us to leave the pilot light on in the fireplace so it won't corrode.

    Maintenance

    From a late night call to Aire one I was taken great care of. Brady was able to trouble shoot over the phone to keep me warm for the night. And 15 hours later a technician James was here to clean and diagnose the issue. I highly recommend Aire One. Best out there !!! Then within 3 days Robert came to install the sensor ordered. FANTASTIC service !!!

    Gas furnace installation

    Heat and gas work

    great service and speedy work, happy with the install and everything is working well, identified what we needed and got everything done quickly and the phone call system was clear

    Sina had a positive attitude, love the smaller time frame for visit and he was quick. He told me what I was paying for and good advice on filter change time frame and Humidifier.
