    Furnace and AC replacement

    Absolutely fantastic install. Jason was very personable and worked diligently to keep the site clean. It was clear that Jason loved his work and it was refreshing to see his enthusiasm, it’s important to see the care that was demonstrated.

    scheduled yearly maintenance check - furnace

    Ricardo did a great job in checking all the important points during the maintenance. showed all that I needed to know on what to watch out for to ensure safe operation. I felt really well and have confidence after Ricardo talked me through the maintenance checks. Thorough inspection including vents and exhaust pipes in the side of the house for leaks and carbon monoxide levels. He also took time to answer my questions and never showed that he needed to rush and leave for next appointment. These guys never disappoint. Been with them for about 5years now. Same high level of professionalism every time.

    Servicing Humidifier on Furnace

    I was pleasantly surprised when a young woman came to service my humidifier attached to my furnace. She was organized and efficient. She explained what she was doing, fixed the problem and then showed me how to change my filter and made suggestions that were easy to understand and helpful. I am used to repair guys who do the job and offer few comments. Laura was personable and a non threatening person to admit into my house.

    Furnace check up

    We've been with Aire One for many years now and we have always been more than satisfied with their services. They are prompt, courteous, professional and always take the time to explain what they did. Thank you Phil for tuning up our furnace and doing such a great job!

    High Efficient York Furnace

    Had a problem with my old furnace and found out it was the circuit board. The technician was at my place within 2 hours (this was on a Sunday) of my initial call and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Gave me an estimate of the repair immediately and other options that were available. I decided to get a quote on a new furnace as the old one was 12 1/2 years old. The sales rep called and arrived about an hour later and gave me quote on a few makes of furnaces and the specs and the rebates available. I decided to buy a new furnace and the installation was booked for the next morning. The installers Tariq and Ahmed were excellent. Very quick and thorough installation. Covered the stairs and the space with a drop sheet, removed all the old components and left everything clean and tidy. Tariq was very good in explaining all the work they did, the warranty, how to install a new filter and answered all my questions. I would certainly recommend Aire One to anyone who is looking for a furnace.

    Excellent

    Air One furnace (York ) we had this year is excellent performance. Service is also very prompt and professional. Cost of filters very reasonable. Keep it up. Air one. We will refer you with our friends.

    Annual furnace inspection

    Had Aire One in for our annual checkup -- furnace (purchased from Aire One) is running great and service is super as well. Technician was scheduled for between 8-10 in the morning -- showed up on time and was very pleasant. All we needed (after the checkup) was a new humidifier filter. Thanks Aire one!

    Friendly service

    Annual Furnace Servicing

    As with all my past experiences I am very pleased with the service I received from Air One. Phil was friendly and professional while servicing the furnace and left the area entire clean once finished. He took the time to explain his findings and to recommend a solution to increase the humidity level in the house thereby improving the interior environment. I have always had good service with the Air One located in my area and would not hesitate to recommend them.
