Alla tackled my gas fireplace which was exceptionally difficult to take the front off. He persevered and was successful. He explained the pilot light options and I was able to decide confidently. My gas fireplace is working beautifully now. He was patient, very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He also outlined the maintenance plans. I took the fireplace plan with a view to more.

I have had some issues with the initial quality of service and attention to detail by the teams at Aire One, however they have always worked with me to resolve the issues. There were issues with a furnace install that I had done which they came back and fixed, however I had to troubleshoot the wiring of the thermostat to get our air conditioner to work. We also had issues with a tankless water heater install which required 4 service calls and two weeks to sort out. The issue mostly stemming from the first team who had issues with a new gas line and replaced our copper plumbing with the same size PEX which reduced the water pressure to not usable. A second team had to come out to commission the tankless water heater with a replacement gas line took 6 days from quoting to commission. Took another week to get the water pressure sorted out replacing the PEX with copper pipes. There was also issues with charges that Aire One said they would modify and didn't follow through before I was charged for service at not agreed upon pricing, which was later resolved. I'm sure more conventional service is no issue but dealing with older houses may be an issue, but at least they followed through and fixed mistakes.

We hired AireOne to install a full heat pump mini-split system in our home as our primary heat source. It was a big job and we met with a number of companies and AireOne stood apart from the rest. From the initial consultation to the completion of the installation, the crew displayed a remarkable combination of friendliness, integrity, and professionalism. Max, Pat, Steven, and Junior treated our home with care and they took the time to answer my many many questions. And they helped us navigate the greener homes grant and loan program. With any big job, challenges can arise. In those situations I truly appreciated their responsiveness, technical proficiency, and commitment to doing the job right. Its clear that AireOne prioritizes the customer. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would recommend AireOne.

Our service person, Mick, was excellent. Arrived on time was polite and professional. Very thorough. He explained to me what he was doing as i was interested in knowing. Gave me some simple tips for care of my (,attached) humidifer . Gave me some options to discuss with sales personnel re heat pimps and AC when i asked about these. Very helpful.

Installer was Alie. Worked very quickly and efficiently to complete the job in the time he had estimated. Explained what he had done and how to operate the system. Good Job, Alie!
