    Heating furnace

    The home furnace was not working so the technician came in and discovered the wiring problem. He was in and out within 30 minutes as it was a quick-fix. He mentioned that similar problems had happened with the Google Neat system so he was familiar with the problem. The technician came prepared and knowledgeable on the situation. He also provided alternative thermostat device names/info and left a brochure of the companies many annual plans.

    Additional receptacles, switches and new lighting.

    Ronnie and Gur were very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely use their service again.

    Annual service on furnace and humidifier

    We have an annual service plan on our furnace and humidifier with Aire-One. Ali was the service technician. I left him to do his inspection. After completing his inspection, he reviewed this findings, which were accompanied by an array of photographs indicating the components within the furnace and the humidifier that he checked. He cleaned the calcium scale that built up within the drainage tube of the humidifier. I am very pleased with the service Ali provided. The only drawback is that Ali was not informed that humidifier is part of our plan and as a result, he did not have a replacement displacement grid on the truck. However, Ali arranged for grid replacement.

    Yearly service

    Matthew arrived on time and was pleasant, tidy and seems very knowledgeable. He serviced our Furnace and AC. He made no mess and took away our old filter. This is the second year he has completed our service and hes a pleasure to deal with.

    Quick and Easy Furnace tune up

    Alaa was very friendly and explained everything so it was easy to understand. He provided visuals as to what had been done today and recommended options for future.
