    Yearly inspection of furnace air conditioner air humidifier two gas fireplaces

    Our annual inspection was carried out in a professional friendly fashion. It was done efficiently and we are very satisfied with the process.

    Service

    Mick came within the hr and was courteous and fixed our problem. He left our furnace room clean after vaccuming up the water on the floor. He explained the various plans Aerone offers.

    Manipulative pricing

    I am a single mother and had a technician come in to look at my thermostat. He replaced it with a smart thermostat claiming it will be more reliable than the one I purchased for $40 at a hardware store. AirOne had a servicing special that weekend for $79; he added an additional $149 to install the thermostat and then charged me DOUBLE the website listed price for the product. I called AirOne straight away once I noticed the website price and have left three messages with three people and each time I am told the customer service person is not available. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years and will NEVER work with this company again.

    Furnace and humidifier maintenance

    Aire One installing new Heat Pump

    We were so glad to deal with Aire One Heating and Cooling. After unexpected breakdown of our A/C, we shopped around with various heating and cooling companies. Finally we decided to go ahead with Adam from Aire One. He was able to explain us all our options in detail. He has a through knowledge of all the different products pros and cons. Throughout the process Adam put our concerns and needs ahead of sales targets. After review of all options we decided to go with a Gree Heat pump. Adam, THANK YOU for all your advice and patience with addressing all our questions and concerns. Excellent job and very happy with the installed solution. We will always HIGHLY recommend you as a true genuine customer focused consultant. Pat and Steven were super awsome! Very punctual, professional, Quality workmanship, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. They showed up on time and explained the whole install process. They were ready to answer all our questions and address our concerns. They discussed and outlined different options during the installation and made sure things were done to our satisfaction. The installation went very smooth and quicker than we expected. Work areas were left very clean and tidy. They helped setup the system and walked us though all the system setup at the end. We were so glad we had Pat and Steven as installers. They were awesome and will HIGHLY recommend them both as trust worthy and customer focused Techs.     Heating and air conditioning and installation

    On August 2 I found my air conditining system had a problem. The system was operating in cooling mode but the outside unit wasn't running. I decided to call Aire One due to a very favourable review from one of my neighbours. That was at approximately 9:00 PM. They offered to send out a technician in the next couple of hours. It wasn't necessary and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The tech arrived on the scheduled time and determined a relay was faulty. A quotation was provided to repair the unit. The tech also advized that the system was very old (21 years of faithful service) and should be replaced. As an aside, I found the problem with the outdoor unit was an earwig that got caught in the relay contacts which prevented the 240 volts from powering the system. Once the earwig remnants were cleared away and the contacts cleaned the old system was opertional. How long it would last is anybody's guess. An appointment was setup for a sales person to visit with recommendations for a new system. I decided to purchase a new heat and cooling air pump system. The rebates available also helped in the decision. Installation was schedule for Wednesday of the following week. The technicians were scheduled to arrive between 8:30 and 10:00 AM. They arrived at approximately 8:30 AM. We did some prep for them by ensuring there was adequate clearance around the existing furnace and removing some basement ceiling tiles for access to the lines for the outside unit. Techs Pat and Steven did an amazing job with the install. Very professional and they appeared to work well together as a team. The install was finished at approximately 4:00 PM that same day with all of the old system removed and taken away. Both Pat and Steven were available to answer any questions I had during the install and gave us a brief tutorial on the system. They left the site with a fully functioning system and cleaned up the site. They ensured that we were happy with the install and the system perfomance, which we were. Thanks again Aire One, Pat and Steven. Looking forward to many years of reliable service and system performance.

    Service Call

    Matthew from Aire One was absolutely amazing. He took the time to walk my partner and I through the diagnostic process and answered all of our thermostat and furnace related questions. He was very progressional and personable.
