    New hvac system

    New system in March - heat great, turned on air, not cooling called first thing in morning tec there by late afternoon , seems installers forgot to flip breakers. Tec checked everything. Up and running now. No charge

    Sorry we forgot the breaker off. We should have told you to check the breaker when you called here because that's the main cause for newly installed air conditioners not to work. Actually I'm asking everybody reading this review to always check the breaker before calling a contractor for a "no cool service call".

    service

    The service rep. was respectful, took the dirty furnace filter with him. Took pictures of my dirty duct work to show me so I did not have to go back down to the basement.

    Service

    I was very happy with technician (Chris). He was very pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, explained every change and also advised on recommendations for us. Based on the technician, I would recommend him for any service call.

    service

    The service man was quite nice but unintentionally had me thinking i should by a new air conditioner. I was quite upset at the time but came to an understanding with management on the phone. Through the years I have been told different things, such as warranty is up when it wasn't and had paid for repair before realizing it was still under warranty after all. The service men have always been very nice but I feel that they have been misinformed at times.

    A/C recharge

    I have an Aire One maintenance plan. Aire One installed my furnace and a/c six years ago. They have kept my HVAC system running perfectly. Good maintenance good servie equals good running.

    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    The technician James was prompt, courteous and explained what he was checking and why. He gave useful tips and suggestions to better utilize the equipment installed and help keep it properly maintained. Have never received this type of info from past companies and there representatives I have used in the past. Very professional, extremely pleased with the service.

    Annual Maintenance aggreement

    Aire One onsite at the time promised. Tech reviewed what was being done and asked a couple of questions as per any issues and than proceeded to do his job. Took his time not a rush job as seen before.

    Thermostat

    A/C was not working, called Aire One and had a technician come out the next day to diagnose, checked out the A/C unit, was ok, next checked the thermostat, was found to be faulty, asked for price on a new one, was $750.00 plus tax installed (Carrier Infinity System), called around, Aire One had the lowest price in the region, could not use any other thermostat so had it installed the next day, when it was all finished he went out of his way to check the a/c pressures outside to see how the system was working, and was told its running perfectly, while talking to the installer, asked him about whole house humidifiers and told me they had a special for the month, $425 installed, so had that installed as well, can say that from beginning to the end, it was a pleasure to do business with and will now call upon them when we require service in the future!

    Heating/Cooling Unit Annual Maintenance

    We had our air conditioner and heater unit serviced today. The service went to plan, was simple, and painless for us. We asked at the end of the service how the unit was running, and he confirmed it was. He seemed to be very familiar with the unit.

    Annual Maintenance

    Technician James completed the maintenance quickly, along with giving me a tip to keep my lines clear of lime build-up. He also fixed a ceiling vent cover that kept falling out. Thank you.
