    New furnace and a/c

    I called Aire One (Kitchener) to give me a quote on replacing my furnace and purchasing an air conditioner. The salesman was great and even was able to get it installed within a couple days so I could surprise my husband, who was out of town. We purchased a Carrier furnace and York a/c. The guys doing the install did a good job- checked to make sure I was ok with the places they needed to run lines and and made sure I knew how to work the thermostat :) I thought everything was perfect- until I tried to run the a/c. The vents blew cold air, but it didn't cool off the house. Aire one was great about sending out a service man quickly- but several service calls later and the summer over, it was never properly resolved- I will try again next summer :( I am not impressed with the air conditioner at all, but was pleasantly surprised when it was time to run the furnace- it's amazing! Within minutes of turning it on, I can feel the difference and it has been working well. In all, if Aire One is willing to fix the a/c problem so it works properly, I would love to leave a 10 out of 10 review, unfortunately right now, it's nowhere near that.

    furnace & a/c replaced

    I recently purchased a new house (which was inspected by an inspector). Some things had already failed so I got an inspection by Aire One for the furnace & a/c. My furnace was condemned as a fire hazard (so much for home inspectors) and the a/c was smoking. I then replaced the furnace and a/c units. Great service and also quick. I feel safe now and got some incentives for this new purchase. I would recommend Aire One !!!

    Thank you for the review. Home inspectors are not qualified gas techs so they just do a visual evaluation of the furnace and a/c. Good thing you thought about your safety and invited a gas technician to check it up. The 10 year extended warranty combined with the government rebates made your purchase...a little less painful.

    Furnace Service

    Aire One Heating & Cooling KW advised us with a lot of good advice about our product that helped us manage our product even better(i.e. which vents to open to maximize air flow in our house) and did an excellent job changing the battery for my furnace! Would recommend to others!

    New furnace and air conditioner

    The salesman was very convincing. The receptionist provided relevant information, politely and thoughtfully. The installers were caring enough to lay down tarps, were polite and hard workers, especially in the thirty plus degree heat.

    Great

    I thought it was great service and great value. Everything was reviewed with us in detail. Options were provided, such as cost vs efficiency, etc. Government and other incentives were explained.

    New furnace, ac, and hot water tank

    Got a new furnace, ac, and hot water tank. All of my new products are performing great. Love the York furnace and ac, happy I made the switch to aire one.

    Replacement of Furness and Air Conditioner

    This is the second time that I have used Aire One for replacement of my Equipment. Starting with the Salesperson that came to my house, explaining everything without pressure to close a deal, the Installers where on time and very friendly, efficient and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to my friends and family for their Equipment needs.

    New furnace and AC

    Aire One technicians were friendly, courteous and efficient...one guy taught me to say 'thank you' in Albanian, and I was happy to say 'thank you' in Greek to the other technician for practice...as a single mom with a house full of kids, I felt comfortable and respected...truly exceptional service and quality products that we are enjoying in our cozy home....thank you Aire One, brilliant blessings!     Air One / furnace and air conditioning replacement

    We just had moved to a new home and needed to have the antique furnace and air conditioning system replaced immediately. Workers were punctual, friendly and efficient. We would use them again without any concerns.

    Furnace and water heater

    We were doing a kitchen renovation and realized our furnace needed to be updated even more than our kitchen! Aire One was recommended by our contractor, and right from the initial meeting with the sales rep to the installation they exceeded our expectations. They were professional, prompt and delivered as promised!
