Compared to many other dealers,Allan Rugs offers the best price for the exact same products that I had seen elsewhere. The service was great,as well.Delivery was quick and the carpets were installed beautifully.

Staff was very knowledgeable and really pushed the envelope of creativity. Maybe a little pushy in getting a sale but really no more or less than any rug retailer (shopped at more than 10 retailers). We ended up returning one of the rugs we purchased for our dining room because we chose poorly. Allan took it back, exchanged it for another, no questions asked.

The sales person was very helpful in terms of providing a variety of options at price points in the style we were looking for. The finished product is just what we wanted.
