We contracted with Alliance after their estimate was accepted. Timea & Mike were both very helpful at all stages (even the dog was friendly). Zoltan & his team who came to do the work were all very good. We live in a condominium & there are special requirements for booking the elevator, starting & finishing times as well as removal of waste. All these were adhered to without problem. The work was done thoroughly & in a timely way. We are pleased with the result. We recommend the company without reservation & would certainly use them again in future.

Alliance Floor Source performed a laminate installation in our condo a little over a year ago - it was a great experience at the time. Recently we noticed that there had been some movement in our flooring, so we had a technician (Mike) come in to take a look. It was determined that the issue arose due to a lack of adequate humidity in our unit. Mike made the necessary adjustments and recommended that we get a humidifier in order to avoid the problem in the future. Even though this was not a warranty issue, Mike provided the service for free! Once again, great experience overall. Alliance is committed to excellent customer service.

Your one stop floor shop. The staff (both Timea and Mike) are super fantastic. They both know their stuff and know their products. Timea has great suggestions and Mike used to be an installer. My wife and I went back 4-5 times and each time they helped us with a smile. Bought my floors, installed them myself and we are extremely happy. Will go back.

A review long overdue. This works was completed towards end of September. I was in need of fixing some t-mouldings which broke after about 4 months after placing our condo on the market. Instead of the T-moulds used they used reducers which worked very well. Our renovator came out to repair it, but due to the level of the floors his repair did not fair well..It became difficult to reschedule for him to fix again due to his distance from our home and busy schedule at that time. So I searched for a place closer by to our condo. Many contractors would not come out for this requested small job that I came across a few places but found Alliance Floor Source to be very helpful. Mike and his manager allowed me to get a hold of the contractor they use by the name of Leslie. I made arrangements directly with Leslie and he was extremely easy to work with.. His work was excellent and finished in about 4 hours. Thank you, you came through in a pinch.

Lehel and his company installed a new floor in our church. Negotiations and quality of workmanship was done in a very professional manner. Our parishioners love their new floor. We definitely would recommend Lehel and his company to anyone needing a new floor.

We've used Lehel and his crew a few times now, each time with great results. Initially, Alliance did the installation of new laminate flooring when we renovated our entire basement. The work was done on time and looked great. As it happened, over a year later we had some water damage in our basement. Given our initial good experience we called Alliance to see if they could help with the repair. Glad we did! Alliance was extremely responsive and came by quickly to remove all the boards that got damaged. After letting the floor dry, they came back, as promised and on time, and put down new flooring. They even were able to use some of the boards we had left over from the initial job to help save on the total cost. Overall, on both occasions we had great experiences both in service, responsiveness and quality. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Very helpful in educating me on the pros and cons of hardwood flooring and was patient throughout my decision process to select a quality floor, in budget, that I liked. The entire installation process from measuring, delivering and prepping the materials and laying of the floor was smooth, simple and very professional. This company understands the value of being customer-oriented and it shows. I would use them again should the need arise and highly recommend them.

I recently hired Alliance flooring to install hardwood floors on the second and third floors of my home. My initial contact and correspondence with this company was with Timea via telephone and email which was very convenient given that I had limited free time over the summer. Timea was very friendly and helpful by offering me product information, suggestions and options for matching my new floors to the existing floors on my main level. After visiting the store, borrowing a few samples and having Lehel visit my home for an estimate, I decided to move forward with the installation. The order was prepared promptly and the installation dates were arranged to suit my schedule. The crew that came to complete the installation was prompt, efficient and courteous. To my delight, everything was completed two days ahead of the projected schedule and the result is beautiful. The crew tidied the work area before leaving. I am more than pleased with the results.
