I wanted to use a company in our area and checked the web and found Alliance. I did a visit and found the sales person Mary warm and welcoming. Both she and Mike were very helpful. With this friendly efficient environment I decided right off the bat that I would not shop around if the cost was within our budget. I got the samples I wanted to take home. Rudy did the installation a week and a half later and did an excellent job. Lehel the owner dropped in at the beginning of the installation. I felt I was an important customer. The Administration staff, Timea was also great. I recommend this company highly.

I found Alliance through Homestars (third time I've used Homestars and third time lucky!). Great customer service from all. Mike was easy to work with. The flooring he suggested was exactly what I wanted but didn't realize it until he brought samples to my home. The work began and finished on time. The floors were installed perfectly by Vasily (Leslie) and I highly recommend him. During the job when Mike got sick, Lehel the owner came by to make sure the job was proceeding as expected. I had some questions about the stairs and Mike worked with Vasily to come up with a solution to my satisfaction. My home and garage were left very tidy when all the work was finished. My 50 yr old home really does look like new! Thank you Alliance.

The quality of the bamboo floors we ordered is excellent, the service was exceptional and the floors were delivered on time exactly as planned. We searched everywhere for a good price and Alliance was the best for the quality.

We have worked with Alliance Floor Source before and were very satisfied with the results. This time was no different. Lehel provided excellent advice and his staff are top quality. Our delivered flooring was on time and the installation was beautifully executed, on time, and as requested. Clean up was good and we were immediately impressed by the work. I just finished painting the baseboards and I was reminded of the great work of Alliance Floor Source. Great product and great install.

After reading the many good reviews of this company my wife and I visited their showroom. My first impression was very good and the sales lady was quick to help us. Once we selected the carpet we wanted, we were told that there was a $79 charge for an installer to measure up the room where it was to be installed. We were also told that there would be a discount for not paying with a credit card. The owner of the company came and did the measurement, which took less than 15 minutes. And we were emailed a quote for the installation. We accepted this and placed the order. At this point a deposit of 50% was requested. After some confusion about billing having received someone elses bill and invoices that didn't match the quote, we were told that we must provide credit card details for the balance of the order after having paid the deposit. This was not mentioned when we placed the order. On the appointed day the installer called to say he would be late and eventually came. The carpet installation was done very well. However, as he completed the job he informed me that he didn't make enough money on this type of job to vacuum up the debris and I agreed. to vacuum our apartment. Shortly, after he departed, the building management called me to complain that there was a trail of carpet debris from my apartment to the building exit and that the installer told them he wasn't prepared to clean it up. I then took the job in hand and vacuumed up the mess in the elevators and corridors. I filed a complaint with Alliance floors and received an initial apology from the customer service saying that they would address the matter with the installer. Two weeks later the owner of the company sent me an email that stated that their installer told a different story and that it was our building staff that were at fault and that he liked to clean up after his job was done. The owner then went on to state that our building staff could benefit from a bit of customer service training themselves. I think that statements of this nature are not conducive to establish good business relationships and a simple apology would have sufficed whether they thought were wrong or not.

I bought my hardwood from Alliance recently but did not use their installation services as we had already found an installer and only needed product. They were helpful and friendly from the start, patient with our indecision and our children running around their showroom, and professional to the end. We selected a hardwood at long last but the manufacturer's inventory was incorrect, forcing us to choose new material on short notice. Though the issue was not their fault, they moved heaven and earth to set us up with reps to see samples, helped us choose a new material, and ensured that our new material came in at about the same rate. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had Alliance supply and install flooring in my living and dining room. They provided a competitive quote and completed the job in a timely fashion. Great customer service and have great courteous installers. Got it done first time right with no hassles.

We hired Alliance Floor Source to install hardwood flooring in our house and carpet runner on our stairs. Timea was very helpful selecting the materials. Small issues were looked after promptly. We are happy that we selected Alliance,

Alliance was tasked with refinishing a 90 year old oak floor to match flooring that was ore recently installed in the house. They did an excellent job matching the stain. The floor looks like new. The team seemed very knowledgeable and had excellent workmanship and pride in what they did. My only complaint was that they charged for their quote.

After visiting about 5 different hardwood/flooring stores, my wife and I finally felt comfort and at ease with the level of servicing, comfort and knowledge Mike and his team provided us. By being open and honest with what they could offer and what we could expect, the hardwood job is now ticked off our list.
