I chose Alliance Flooring after reading reviews on homestars. I had the same positive experience as most of the other reviews on this site. Everything went very smoothly and for the price they quoted. The floors look fantastic and I have already recommended them others.

I contacted Alliance Floor Source due to all the great reviews I saw on this website. I spoke to Timea who was super nice and super helpful. She gave me a quote for getting our floors done. After deciding to go with Allliance Floor Source, they were able to find someone to do the job very quickly. George was punctual and professional. The day he showed up to start the work I was impressed right away. He was quick, focused and got to work immediately. The result was just perfect. I am a very picky and detail oriented person. George met my high expectations. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks George. :)

As I only needed the product and not the installation, I was nervous I wouldn't get the best service or price. At Alliance this was not the case as the service was exceptional and they gave me great advice, especially when it came to my stairs. You could tell that all they care about is the final result and will be honest with you to help you get there. They are not it it to squeeze you for a couple dollars. It was a pleasure working with them.

After going to a few flooring stores where the service was very average it was refreshing to go to a store where you weren't rushed and got friendly knowledgeable advice. Timea and Lehel were very kind and helpful. You can tell they have been in the business for years because they had answers for all my questions! This was my first flooring project and I was leaning towards buying cork after several days of research on the topic. I was in there store several times over the span of a couple of weeks deciding between their many choices and they always had time to answer my questions and help me in any way they could. I was very pleased by the selection Alliance had to offer, the cleanliness of their store, and of course their first class service... it is a refreshing change to find such good service these days! We have installed our floors and wow what a difference. Previously we had a combination of tile, hardwood and laminate on our main floor. We did our entire main floor in cork and it looks stunning. The look, the warmth, the softness the floors provide is amazing. I would highly Alliance Floor Source to anyone planning to do a flooring project.

Lehel and Timea run a warm and professional business. They take the time to give you all the information and advice you may need for your flooring needs. We visited the store 2-3 times before we settled on our choice and never felt like we were asking too much. Lehel might joke about anything you are talking about but he doesn't joke about his service. We encountered a few bugs during installation (renovating older homes is never easy) but they were all dealt with professionaly and until we were satisfied. Pricing was competitive for the level of quality and service....never once did I find myself ''trying to reach him''....Timea or Lehel always answer quickly.

We have decided to have Alliance Floor Source install new carpeting in our basement. We had a great experience with them from the first moment on when we visited their large showroom. They have a great selection of products and they are very customer service oriented. Everything was done on time as promised. The installers were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Loved working with Alliance! It was a pleasure to do business with this well run organization. I had just purchased a home, and wanted to remove the carpet on the second floor and refinish the hardwood underneath. The floor was in terrible condition, but they managed to make it look better than I ever could have expected. I would absolutely recommend this company again. I accidentally came across this store when they moved into my old neighbourhood. At that time I was planning to move downtown and knew I would have to renovate. I was impressed by their great selection of flooring, friendly service and reasonable prices. Two months later I have my flooring replaced with great results. Would use them again without hesitation.

I found Alliance through Homestars and was impressed with the reviews I was reading, so I checked them out. I'm really glad I did! From the minute I walked into the store, Lehel and Timea proved to be very professional and friendly, super knowledgeable and willing to take the time to walk me through all the possible choices for my new floor. They listened to my needs and advised - but never pushy. I checked out a few more stores but found my way back to Alliance. In the end, I found the laminate I liked from another store and Lehel was able to order it for me. The job was done quickly and on time. The prices were not the cheapest , but within my price range and their exceptional customer service was well worth it. I love my new floor! I would highly recommend Alliance. Thanks Lehel and Timea.

I have stopped by Alliance Floor Source in hope i can get relatively small carpet for one of my basement rooms that was flooded recently, guys in Alliance Floor Source were very informative, worked out a carpet in stock and also provided free delivery to my house nearby.
