I used Alpine service for my first house 8 years ago, then for my 2nd house I used their service again 4 years ago. They followed up after months of installation. and after 1 year they came again to check my roof for free. On Friday's huge wind disaster, my roof got challenged but most of my roof no any problem, only 2 pieces of shingles blew out. I called them on Friday, they came in Saturday (yesterday) fixing it! We hired Alpine to replace our roof. It has been ten years, over the years on various occasions, shingles would fall off our roof. We had no idea something was wrong until yesterday's wind storm. Our shingles were blown off, more than anyone else on our streets. I picked up a large size garage bin worth of shingles, of coming from our roof. Upon looking at the shingles, I noticed many of them still have a layer of adhesive on them, that were supposed to be peeled off to ensure the shingles were done properly. This explains why many of our shingles have been falling off over the years. I am so disappointed in this company and the lack of professional job they did. I hope they have changed their practices, or else, customers beware!

Work was very professional, no funds requested upfront until work was completed in full as cost was under $10,000. Roof was completed on time in one day as promised. House area left very clean, contents from the old roof removed entirely. They gave us time to think about the contract, presented references of their work and explained every detail before starting the work. I am highly recommending Alpine Roofing. Your hard work and dedication is much appreciated. The cost was reasonable and we are very happy with their work.

We had a new roof and eaves from alpine in 2010 and have had no issues at all. They did a great job and 8 yrs later it looks as good as the day it was put on. The employees were polite and very easy to talk too. I highly recommend Alpine and would use them again.

Alpine Roof was very understanding of some of my time challenges because of a tenant's request. Once we had better weather, they got in touch and did the whole job in a very professional way and extremely fast! The finished product looks really good! I was not around for the whole process but just heard compliments about the crew from my tenants. The crew is very approachable and kind. I noticed a very small detail that I wanted finished in a particular way and in no time they sent somebody back to finish it the way I wanted. Thumbs up for the whole experience with Alpine Roofing!!

Great company, very professional. Worked hard to complete big job before winter weather. Quality work and materials and cleaned up everything when complete. Owner made himself available to answer any questions and provide updates whenever we asked. Will definitely use them again in the future for other properties and highly recommend Alpine to others.

We had a leak in our family room. We spoke with a few different roofers (what an experience!) before coming to Alpine. We met with their estimator, Mimi. Immediately we could tell this guy was honest. He gave us a quote and we ended up signing a contract there and then. The crews did an excellent job. There were a few minor hiccups, but the workers made things right without any headaches (Costa was fantastic). Tip: make sure you check the work in progress as sometimes miscommunication can occur in regards to what you want done - completely understandable given the numbers of homes they work on. No worries, they will put things right and make sure you’re satisfied. A great company. We will definitely hire them back
