Excellent job and professional team. I acquired many quotes and they were the most competitive. The crew that showed up did a quick job and were friendly and professional. The clean up was fantastic. In truth they left my property tidier then when they arrived. The fellow who came to do the flashing and sealant work was very detailed and took great care. My experience with Alpine was very good. They went above and beyond what I expected.

After the roof was completed we encountered a small leak. After reporting same Alpine was there within 24 hourse and fixed it. No leak since.

Contracted for removal of existing tar/gravel roof and to install bitumen membrane. They quoted the best price and the roof itself was completed on schedule however they had to make several return trips to correct shoddy workmanship with the flashing. Their cleanup after the job left a lot to be desired and there was damage to lawn and garden and also melted bitumen on my wood deck and on deck furniture. Compensation for damage was a reduction off of the job total but required presistence to obtain. I completed the cleanup and removal of the tar from the deck and furniture myself

Alpine did the roof at our last home about 5 years ago and we had more problems after than we did previously. The estimate included ice shield but they did not use any at all and we had terrible leaking. The owner refused to take ownership of the poor workmanship. We fought hard and had to threaten to take them to court. Finally, many months later and much damage to ceilings, they sent someone who removed 3' of outer shingles and applied the ice shield which should have gone on in the first place. It was a very frustrating experience.

Our roof is fairly large and the work was completed by day's end. Great workmanship!

Work was done on time. Fixes were dealt with.

Terrible Experience. Quick to quote and schedule roofing job but workmanship was terrible. Had problems with roof and owner refused to take calls or deal the issue. Gave us the run around and tried to pass off inferior work as acceptable. In the end had to repair the damage they had created. Alpine was unwilling to live up to their guarantee and refused to acknowledge ownership the inferior workmanship. What we "saved" on Alpine's lower price was more than lost on the repairs and damage created. BEWARE of low price ....

Never pick the cheapest price! I had three roofing companies bid on my roofing project. Alpine, Dominion, and Avenue Road Roofing. The people from Avenue Road Roofing were with out a doult the most professional however they were also the most expensive. Dominion chose not to show up and Alpine just left the quote in my mail box with no explanation what so ever just the lowest price. I will try and keep this short, I HAVE NEVER had such a poor renovation experience as i did by choosing this company. The workers were very unpleasent and most unprofessional, my roof looked the same as it did before they replaced it. I really wish i had chosen Avenue Road Roofing and the absalute professional approach by the estimator David Tonge who tried his best to convince me that you really do get what you pay for these days. i hope this helps the next person who considers getting Alpine Roofing to do there roof.
