    Richmond hill roof job

    I had a great experience with John at Alpine. Their crew were fast, clean, and efficient. John is courteous, and knowledgeable, and will work a deal with you. He was able to inform me that though I had a number of shingles that had blown off (seen them in back yard for a few weeks), there was no damage to the roof sheets. I appreciated his honesty and recommend this company highly. Yes, you pay a little more, but when you're protecting your most expensive asset, why go with a fly by night company or one that hasn't been around as long as Alpine.

    New roof on entire house with a full third story

    Working with Alpine was a wonderful experience in every way. Mimi came recommended by my contractor. He came out very promptly to quote, and gave by far the most competitive quote compared to a few other companies. His crew worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up beautifully when the work was done. They were very friendly and courteous to my neighbours - my neighbour was so pleased she even brought them beverages! Mimi took the time to answer all of my questions. I asked him to look at another property, and he was very honest and told me I didn't need to service it. It was an absolute pleasure, and I would gladly work with Alpine again.

    Roof shingled

    Very efficient. Roof was completed in one day. The crew did a complete clean-up afterwards. The waste bin was removed from driveway immediately after job was completed. They offer financing as well. Everybody we dealt with at Alpine Roofing was pleasant and efficient.

    roof

    Alpine Roofing is a well-oiled machine. They were in and out at precisely the times that they said. The work was completed in a day. The roof looks great! They left my yard cleaner than before they arrived. And, the price was the best of three quotes. I highly recommend Alpine. It was the best home renovation experience that I've had.

    Roofing

    Alpine Roofing replaced the shingles and skylite on the front slope of our roof. They did excellent work at a good price. Very professional. Got the job done quickly and did an amazing job of cleaning up the site when they finished.

    Shoddy Workmanship By Apine Roofing

    I hired Alpine Roofing in 2004. Just discovered mould in my roof (2017) by a home inspector. My insurance company sent inspectors/roofers to my house and discovered the vents were shingled over and not installed properly. Therefore air was not being properly vented for 12 years and the plywood is rotting beneath the 25 year old shingles. House insurance won't cover shoddy workmanship and Alpine was no help either. Very disappointed that a company with high ratings with the BBB and HomeStars did such a substandard job and did nothing to rectify the situation once aware of the situation. I am a terminally I'll cancer patient and haven't been able to live in my house for 2 months now because my house is making me sick. The least Alpine Roofing could have done was open up the vents to allow air to go through. Now I'm waiting for the weather to get better so I can get my roof redone properly. This time I will hire someone to inspect the roof when it's done because I learned you can't count on companies like Alpine to do the job properly.

    Alpine Roofing's warranty expires after 10 years after installation and during the last 13 years no problem was reported with this roof. Other roofers have been working on this roof after the original installation. As many other roofing companies, Alpine Roofing doesn't enter attics to do any work. Alpine Roofing cannot be responsible for jobs done by other companies. Alpine Roofing sincerely apologizes for Maria's situation & hopes the best.

    new roof

    Alpine Roofing is a fabulous company; they come out immediately to solve problems and when they replace your roof it's done quickly and they clean up. I would highly recommend them

    Roof repair

    Loose/lost shingles during the recent high wind storms left me struggling to find a trustworthy roofer willing to come take a look at what was probably a small job. Lots of recommendations from neighbours pointed me to Alpine and I wasn't disappointed with their value, timeliness, and quality of service.

    Roofing/Aluminum siding/siding

    Years ago, I had my roof/aluminum/vinyl siding replaced by Alpine. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. In the years after, there have been times that I have needed Alpine for little jobs and the service has been excellent. The last time being this week. A shingle had been blown off the roof and upon further inspection noticed that there were others that had lifted after a wind storm. I called Alpine to help me out and stressed to them that this needed to be done as soon as possible as there was going to be a snow storm starting that day. They had done the job by that evening even though their schedules were fully booked. Great customer service.
