    shingled my roof

Top quality work completed all in 1 day. The team on site was polite and answered all my questions. Clean-up was exceptional. We are very pleased with our new roof. The roof was storm tested 5 days after installation and we had no issues. Highly recommend. Price on the estimate was right on.

    new flat roof and eavestroughs

July 2012: I needed to follow up constantly with Alpine for them to come out and give me a quote and when I finally signed and faxed back the offer sheet (for a new flat roof on a double garage plus new eaves troughs and downspouts), I received a follow up call only 5 days later after I placed two more calls. I also had to clean up the numerous pieces of aluminum and two nails on my property in plain sight. My toddler could have easily stumbled on them. They did not live up to their `final clean up to the customer`s complete satisfaction` as stated on their contract. July 2013: I placed a call because of pooling on my flat roof, was told someone would come out to inspect it, and am still waiting 12 days later for an inspection. I turned away other contractors who were following up with me that also offered a cheaper price, but I (regrettably) went with Alpine because of popularity.

    Roofing

We recently hired Alpine to do our roofing. They initially visited my place, gave an estimate. Their estimate was comparable with others who I approached but I liked the work they did on a neighbors property. So I hired them and they didn't disappoint. Very professional job and highly recommend them.

    Leak in garage from roof

They fixed a leak in the garage and it was tested immediately with a couple days of heavy rain and it pass just as I hoped it would. There were some scheduling delays but I overlooked it once the job was done and the leaking stopped. There was a little bit of nail and pieces of shingle debris in the eavestrough but I'm sure it might of been an oversight.

    Re-shingle

I am very pleased with Alpine Roofing for their recent service (re-shingle and fixed damaged soffit) they provided; my roof was in bad condition and it appeared that it will start to leak if nothing was done; their crew were very professional and courteous, they got the job done in a timely fashion and tidy up the work area. My new roof looks great and now I can rest assure that it will not leak. I would recommend anyone.

    Roof, Soffit & Fascia, Eavestrough

5 years ago we had a horrible experience with a private contractor who left the job in the middle of the spring after three dreadful weeks of poor workmanship. Fortunately, another contractor recommended Alpine roofing and that's when we met Mimi. He was very professional and re-did the entire roof at a price better than the initial contractor. The entire job finished in less than a week and the crew cleaned the entire site of any debris that occurred during the installation. We have worked on 4 other projects with Alpine Roofing since this experience, and this year I have asked Mimi to also do the soffit/fascia. His honest approach combined with his supreme customer service makes Alpine Roofing our first choice. Without a hesitation I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing service.

Fix the leak in the eavestrough

My front porch has a very bad design from the original builder, and the whenever there is heavy snowfall or a rainshower, the eavestrough on the porch starts to pour on to the electric and gas meters. Since this winter has been very extreme, I have had icicles form on the equipment as well. I contacted Alpine Roofing, and Ed responded so quickly to my query. Rather than suggesting an expensive roofing repair, he diagnosed the problem and promised to inspect the following day. The repair was scheduled quickly and done in one day. It has taken care of the immediate problem. Ed is honest and professional in his service, and quick to provide a complete solution rather than a hasty quick-fix. I would trust Alpine Roofing with all my future roofing needs, and would also recommend my friends to their professional service. Thank you Ed!

New roof, and minor flat repair

Alpine Roofing gave us a great price. The roofing was a decent job, but you do need to watch them--we caught them attempting to shingle over one high section of roof (an overhang over a window) without stripping it, as they had promised. Also, some extra wood was needed to fill a gap over our porch roof, and the "carpentry" work was terrible. I think they dug up a piece of old wood from a scrapyard and proceeded to hack it down to the approximate dimensions with the back of a hammer. However, when the shingles were put on top the patch wasn't noticeable. They also had a nap on our yard halfway through the job--all the roughly dozen people who were there--which greatly amused my parents.

    Roofing

Alpine came in among the lowest quotes for stripping shingles, roofing and flashing. They made errors here are there but they took full responsibility and carried out callbacks in a timely manner. I would recommend keeping an eye on the guys who do any flashings. Our crew seemed inexperienced given that they banged up the flashings something awful. Another crew was called in to repair the first job and the did okay. Chimney flashings took three or four callbacks before the job was finished to our satisfaction.
