2.5 years ago Alpine replaced my entire roof and I was happy with the installation. Last week some shingles flew off my roof and a portion of the plywood was exposed. I called Alpine and talked to Tom who was initially reluctant to cover the fix under the warranty provided since he claimed it did not cover any wind damage(the reason for the 1 point deduction in this review). I believe the workmanship warranty should cover moderate winds. My wife then called Tom back and she was quite angry so I must apologize if she came across as rude. Regardless Tom sent out 2 guys who arrived the same day promptly and they reshingled the exposed roof in some cold temperatures. They did this quickly and from the looks of it a decent job. I spoke with Tom after this and he agreed that he would not charge me for the fix. I was happy that alpine responded so quickly and decided to eat this cost. As a result, they are getting a good review from me. Alpine and Tom responded to my problem well and it points out that customer satisfaction is important to alpine. I want them to keep this in mind when trading off cost vs. customer satisfaction in future business. A happy customer is always good business. And I am a happy customer and hope this review does help their business. Update 2012: I'm downgrading this completely to a 0. Every spring when there's a windy day I find that my roof always has shingles blowing off. But not a single neighbour has shingles blow off so I asked myself why that is. I did some research and your supposed to put 4 nails per shingle. I've checked shingles that have fallen off my roof and all have 2 nails per shingle. This company is completely crooked. I don't even want to call them to come anywhere near my roof anymore. I would rather pay a reputable company more money to completely redo my roof than even have a single Alpine person anywhere near my house ever again.

Apine Roofing did my roofing in 2000 & I had a 10 yr warranty. I did experience some leaks. They were a little reluctant at first to do warranty repair but eventually did come through & did do a very good job. I was impressed that they did honour their warranty.

After receiving 3 quotes, (1 company refused the job due to the bottom layer being cedar shakes), I met Roofing Consultant, Mimi Caushi from Alpine. He thoroughly, patiently and knowledgeably explained the details and process involved in job. All his recomedations were sound and with merit. He exuded honesty and integrity. The job was exceptional! It was completed on time and even better then contracted! Mimi supervised the work site, was always available by phone and had a great rapport with his exceptional workers. The front and back yard was left in impeccable order. Mimi takes pride in customer satisfaction. All my concerns were addressed immediately, handled competently and professionally. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Alpine Roofing and their representative, Mimi Caushi!

They were very responsive and prompt in sending over n estimator. Once I decided to proceed with this company, they were at the house within 3 to 4 days. They replaced the roof very fast and cleanly. They did a very thorough job and we are very satisfied with the work.

I am a new homeowner and was very nervous about getting a new roof. They did a very good job keeping me informed and were very professional. They kept to their estimate, arrived and left on time and most importantly left the house clean.

Disappointed from beginning to end. An overall unprofessional company. Delivery was poor by everyone especially the crew. Had to be called back several times to fix obvious errors and the clean-up was extremely poor. I am still picking up nails, months later. I just hope that I won't step on one some day!

Alpine roofing was available when I needed them, and responded very quickly to quote and complete my roof (1 point). Immediate reaction: The roof looked very good, and I could tell the shingles would last for a long time. The team assigned to our home were very messy, and left an absolute pile of garbage behind after the job. They did not tarp-off the area around our home, so even today I am out picking up roofing nails and shingle pieces from our flower-beds and grass... Make sure you are clear that they need to clean-up after themselves and use tarps to cover the area surrounding the home. UPDATE: Since the install we have had a couple of leaks... They did not put flashing around our dormers, and the shingles were poorly installed near the eaves (we have had major pest problems since the new roof went on). Although they did come back for some follow-up work, we will be getting another company back to remedy their issues. Would not recommend...

We had three crews from Alpine work on this project: Shingles, Flat roof and eaves/soffits/siding. We are very pleased. Crews we're polite, worked efficiently and professionally. A job well done. We would recommend Alpine.

Flat roof portion was done well however work on shingled roof left much to be desired. I came home to find the workers lounging in my front yard drinking beer!

Their crew for flat roofs is excellent. Good workmanship, quality materials and great price. There was a small mix up with type of material to be used on roof, but once identified they fixed the problem and put the right layer on with no additional charge. Renato was the estimator and he is very professional and easy to work with.
