    Install AC and furnace

    Called for a quote on a new AC and furnace, as ours was almost 20ys old. Got someone on the phone right away, and an in-home consultation the next day. The rep was knowledgable and didnt pressure us to purchase anything. Correspondence with Applewood was prompt and the installation was quick, and the installers took the time to explain the use of the new equipment and answered all our questions. Overall, this experience has been seamless and would definitely recommend to everyone

    Total Fraud

    Had them install a furnace in 2015. We decide to have a different company to service our furnace this year. It turns out the furnace was installed with 4 code violations. We were given 45 days to make the corrections by Union Gas or face gas shut off. Called applewoods a couple of times. They claimed they did nothing wrong initially, would charge me 200 dollars just to take a look. After threatened with TSSA report, they agreed to take a look. Every single call after that to the agent we talked to goes to her voicemail. Called their service department, their only response is to call me back later. Never called us back. Not only did they can not install a furnace properly, they did not help us make the corrections. They do not even try to hide that they do NOT care. Would not recommend.

    New Lennox 13Ac Series

    Installation was quick on July 6th, 2018 not working well but the Sales & Services are act fast to resolve my problem! I am happy now as this company is keeping their promise.

    Furnace & AC installation

    We interviewed 4 companies to have furnace & AC replaced. Applewood was the only one that was straight forward, knowledgeable. Installation was booked quickly and the whole procedure was completed in a day with no muss, no fuss. Installers were personable & professional. Everything has worked like a charm since day one and much better than our original.

    Installation of a gas insert fireplace

    The team including sales and technicians were excellent! Very informative, on time, cleaned up the site and were extremely careful in taking the extra steps to ensure a perfect installation. Allan, who was exceptional, worked on this project as if he was installing this in his own home. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Applewood and this particular team.

    NEW HOME BUILDS

    Applewood is by far the best company we have ever used for furnace and air conditioner systems. As builders of new production homes we are proud to be using their name on our products . Joe Krebs and Brendan O'Brien are just amazing guys to deal with. Products and service are just outstanding. I would recommend Applewood to anyone out there.

    Furnace & A/C Replacement

    Very impressed with Applewood Air . From helping me choose a matching Lennox system to the professional installation , 5 stars ! Thanks to Brendan and the installers , Allen and Mark who did a neat , and tidy job and answered my million questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Applewood Air for your heating and cooling needs . They did the installation when they said and how long they said. Great job guys , nice dealing with you !

    Furnace, Humidifier, Air Cleaner replacement

    Brendan, Mike and the team were very professional, installed everything in a timely manner as well as offered explanations and advice on maintenance. I highly recommend Applewood especially after interviewing other sales teams.

    Furnace

    Brendan and the Team at Applewood Air Conditioning made the no so great experience of replacing a furnace a enjoyable one. They were quick to respond to the quote request and had the unit installed within days before the cold conditions started outside. The install was quick and easy and they keep their work space very clean. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience.
