Needed a new furnace asap, in the middle of winter. After 30 years, the furnace finaly died. Representative came next day, told me how to keep the house warm in the meantime to avoid bursting pipes. Took a day to install, very little mess, very friendly

My heating system at home stopped working, The guys at Applewood sent someone over instantly. Very Professional, and reasonably priced. They had me up and running in 5 hours from start to finish.

Had no care about the customer. Only cared about their time. Used our deck to eat and left mud everywhere. Owner was obnoxious and hard to get an answer from. For a big company, it is frustrating that they don't seem to care from a homeowner's perspective.

I moved into an older home last October and to my surprise the furnace was on it's last legs, on the coldest night last Feb (-20) my furnace stopped working around 9PM. I tried calling a couple of contractors but they all had after hours answering services on, then I came across Applewood heating & A/C to my surprise someone actually picked up the phone and quickly arranged a service call for that evening the tech arrive within the hour and had my furnace repaired after about an hour, there price was fair and there service was exceptional.

Applewood was the company that supplied our furnace, ERV unit and humidifier. They provided excellent service when they came to service our purchased items after we moved into our house. We decided to go with them for our air conditioner as well and the employer that came to our house to provide the estimate was extremely informative and provided us with a lot of useful information about the a/c install and about the product itself. He was very knowledgeable and upbeat-very good customer relations skills.
