This was our second time using Ashton renovations, previously for our kitchen and now for our basement bathroom. We have always been very happy with their professionalism, dedication, and quality of their work. We love our Renos and highly recommend the team!

We recently completed a kitchen and powder room reno with Ashton Renovations and are thrilled with the end result! Mark, Chris and all the trades were amazing to work with and the quality of the trades and details were exactly what we wanted. It was a big job that involved gutting our first floor, moving a powder room, removing walls and adding support beams, electrical, plumbing, moving door/windows, painting, new floors, kitchen and stairs. Its an old house, so we ran into a few unexpected challenges, none of which phased Mark and he always had a solution. Mark has great relationships/discounts with a variety of suppliers so it made picking all of our selections so much easier. All of the trades were so polite and the quality of their work was amazing. We would happily hire Ashton Renovations again or refer to family/friends.

Ashton Renovations is a superb design-build service provider that nailed our ensuite bathroom reno. Ashton did a fantastic job of taking our inspiration and making it into the luxurious escape we wanted our primary bathroom to be. It was important for us to find a quality design-builder for our project as we didnt have the time to project manage ourselves. Mark presented us different options that would allow flexibility in our budget. The 3D rendering of the design was super helpful for us to visualize the end-product. The demo team was fantastic, and I was amazed at how quickly and cleanly it was done. All Marks trades were professional and courteous. It is a pleasure dealing with Mark and Chris! We would strongly recommend (and already have) Ashton for your bathroom reno; so much so that we have him doing our main bathroom now too! Marc & Stacey

After working with other contractors and being frustrated by the lack of organization and communication, we found Ashton Renovations to renovate our main floor, including kitchen and living room. We chose them after speaking with Mark who provided a clear outline. We also appreciated that Ashton is a family run business and they advertise that they provide a clear and transparent process. Mark, Chris and the whole team were wonderful to work with. We began all of the planning through zoom meetings, since it was mid lockdown, and appreciated the 3D renderings of the plans as we went along. Mark was always responsive to our questions or concerns along a way. Our living room and kitchen is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Ashton Renovations and would choose them again for any renovation we have. They follow through and provide a clear and transparent process, as well as excellent, high quality work!

We worked with Mark and his team at Ashton Renovations on a total upgrade to our downtown condo. The project involved taking the walls down to the studs, raising the ceiling, adding a den and installing a stylish modern kitchen and bathroom. We started the project early in the COVID lockdown so things took longer than anticipated but Mark, Chris and the rest of the team were very professional in keeping us updated and adjusting the work plans to meet the various restrictions. I recently completed a master bathroom full renovation with Ashton Renovations and could not be happier with it! Mark, Chris and team were professional, courteous and experts in their fields. Everything was completed to the highest quality and the pride they all take in their work is evident. Communication was also good, getting the right balance of getting my input where needed/appropriate and just getting on with moving the job along. Unavoidable covid-related delays did result in the job taking a bit longer than originally thought, but Mark kept me updated and everyone did their best to expedite things. I even had a plumber show up on a Saturday to ensure near the end that all could be finished. I would definitely recommend Ashton Renovations and would use them again. After meeting with several contractors, we hired Ashton Renovations to do an extensive renovation on our house, including designing and renovating our kitchen, turning our unfinished basement into a family room and creating a new three-piece bathroom. From the start, we were impressed with Mark’s consultative approach. This was our first home renovation and throughout the process Mark was always responsive to our questions and promptly returned our calls. His crew and tradespeople were respectful and friendly, and always keep the job site clean. The team’s attention to detail and craftsmanship are impressive. The pandemic significantly delayed our project, but Mark kept us informed throughout. When it was safe to resume work, the COVID-19 safety protocols that he put in place left us feeling reassured about allowing the trades back into our house to finish the job. We are so pleased with all aspects of our renovation and would highly recommend Mark and his team.

We had Ashton renovation complete an extensive kitchen and bathroom renovation on our 100 year old Toronto home. After considering several home renovation companies across the city, it was their thoughtful, organized and thorough design and build plan that sold us. The Ashton Renovation team was incredibly collaborative, professional, and responsive and they exceeded our every expectation. Our renovation included knocking out an exterior brick wall to create an open concept kitchen, enlarging and completely overhauling our upstairs bathroom, brand new plumbing and electrical, as well as updating our front entry and basement. Mark was an excellent project manager. He included us in all decision making and provided updates and expert advice along the way. He managed the trades people and renovation schedule meticulously. They were on time, courteous, impressive, and maintained a clean worksite. Ashton Renovations took all necessary precautions related to Covid-19 so that we felt safe and comfortable throughout the renovation process. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We highly recommend Ashton Renovation to anyone undertaking an extensive renovation on their home. They are experts when it comes to navigating the challenges of renovating an old home.

We worked with Ashton Renovations (Mark, Chris and their network of professionals) to renovate our 2.5 bathrooms and other miscellaneous repairs around the house. We bought our house last year and we were new to renovations (prior condo dwellers). Initially, we just wanted to renovate two outdated bathrooms, and as the renovations progressed each day, we increasingly felt our powder room (not included in the original renovation plan) was more than just an eyesore, we then asked Mark to add the powder room on the list as well. Mark always communicated well and updated us the renovation status timely, he always tried to think from a client’s perspective such as what is necessary and what is nice but costly and unnecessary, so clients have options to choose whatever fits into their needs and budget. Everyone on Mark’s team is highly professional, respectful, and friendly, and they focused a lot on the details. We are very happy with our bathrooms and other minor repairs! Since we are new to home renovations, we had lots of questions for Mark and Chris, including things that were completely out of scope of bathroom renovations. They were always patient and explained things to us in detail, and they made practical recommendations to us, we also learned some painting techniques from them. We would definitely recommend Ashton Renovations. To us, Mark, Chris and the team are not just transactional contractors, they are partners who helped us fixed our house from the beginning (literally before we even moved in), and will help us with maintenance and fixes in the future.
