I have an annual service plan that covers both my furnance and air conditioning. Recently I had my furnace serviced. Eric was the first technician who came to do the service. He came on time and was pleasant to work with. We needed to replace the thermostat and he gave me a quote without any sales pressure. We decided to have them do the work and a new thermostat was installed. He also cleaned up his mess and took away our dirty air filter. The next day the furnace stopped working properly. I called AtlasCare and they sent out Jeff within the next 4 hours. Jeff fixed the issue and the furnace is working fine now. I find the customer service group easy and helpful, for emergencies they send a technician within 4 hours no matter the day or time. I will continue to use them as they provide peace of mind. My only negative comment is that I just noticed they increased their annual plan. I was not informed of the increase and would have appreciated being told in advance.

Although scheduling was an issue at the beginning, we got it resolved. My 12 year old furnace was cleaned (tuned up), gas lines inspected, humidifier filter replaced, a complete operational testing done, and the area around outside furnace housing was cleaned. It hums like a charm (as a 12 year old should). Atlas did not try to sell me a new furnace but recommended the protection plan because of the age of the unit. On the same day they cleaned furnace ductwork and dryer vents for two household dryers all the way to the outside...then they resecured them better than they existed before. The technicians were professional, clean appearance, used booties, and wrote detailed invoices. I will use this company as my regular provider as long as their busy schedule does not interfere with service.

Amazing duct cleaning service by Garrett and Travis! We just finished renos and had a lot of dust in our ducts. It's all clean and our furnace is working great again. They were super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend the service!

I just had my annual fall furnace tuneup, and I was very happy with Chris Wilson's work! He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He answered all my questions and worked very efficiently. Even our dog Holly really liked him too! thanks, Atlas Care, Sheila.

My furnace was making a weird smell. Chris Wilson came right on time. He could not find the source of the smell, but did not think it was from the furnace. He cleaned the vents and changed the filter while he was here. He was knowledgeable and very helpful!

Eric was recommended highly by my Dad (this is my first service as this is a new home/furnace). Eric was friendly and efficient. He explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions and told me what to look for in the future. I highly recommend Eric and will be requesting him for next year's annual furnace cleaning.

I had these guys come less than 2 years ago. The blower on my furnace died. It was a 2005 Carrier 93 high efficiency furnace so it wasn't a low end model. The technician back then was really nice, young guy. Spent about 1/2 an hr testing and finally decided blower was dead. Took him some time and he replaced it but ended up costing me a bit over 1100 after all said and done. Fast forward 22 months the furnace is down again. I travel a lot so my wife hosted the technician. He was on site for 10 mins declared blower dead pushed my wife to replace entire furnace. Previous blower was good for 8 years, did I get a used one? We declined he left quickly and did not put the furnace back together, left a mess. $168 for 10 minutes day time service. So suffice to say, will never deal with atlascare again nor would I recommended to anyone, especially if you're out of town a lot and wife's home alone. Not the nicest people.

Atlascare's service is horrible. READ THE CONTRACT FINE PRINT CAREFULLY, they end up covering very little. My elderly mother is signed up with the "Optimum + Plan" and when her boiler wasn't working properly they came over and spent 4 hours trying to diagnose it. Diagnosis is supposed to be part of package. They couldn't find the problem and left her in the middle of winter with no heat. It ended up being an automatic feeder valve not working properly. (very simple issue) Then they ended up charging her $125 for the service call and she already pays almost $1000 annually. I am now cancelling her contract and shifting our business elsewhere, I highly recommend others to the same before they find themselves in a similar situation.

Rapid assessment that our old furnace (heat exchanger was cracked) needed replacing , in fact, was no longer safe. That was Thursday. Salesman arrived Friday to outline our options. Very thorough, no pressure. Team arrived Monday with new furnace & entire job was completed by 1pm. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, polite, efficient. Thanks.

The Atlas team did a great job for us. The boiler installation was done efficiently and professionally. They clearly explained all the functions of the new boiler. Their clean up was impeccable. The three guys were very personable and obviously very proud of the quality of their work.
