Atlascare is the most consistently awesome company we have ever worked with. We have used them many times and for many properties. This time Sam came to do the furnace check and he was super on time, polite and with the standard carpets and booties to keep our floors clean. He also did a few extra checks and fixes on top of the furnace care and showed me how to increase efficiency. On his great service and advice, we will have him back in spring for air conditioner maintenance. For our 2nd appointment we had Alex and Andrew come to do our duct cleaning (we do every 4 years) and our dryer vent clean out (we do every year) and they were both energetic, polite, efficient, clean, super respectful and did a thorough job. We are confident with Atlas as they have a dedicated culture that strives for excellence - they hire and train great people and keep their vehicles and service equipment at a top standard and in great working order. 5 Stars plus for sure. Thank you Atlas for leading by example. Your our the Starbucks of the HVAC world!! and we love Starbucks

AtlasCare installed and has maintained our furnace and AC for 18 years and kept it all running smoothly. Following renovations, Jordan and Garrett came to clean our ducts. They were very personable, polite and thorough. They took the time to explain everything they had done and left our house very tidy when they finished. I would happily recommend AtlasCare for all heating and cooling products and maintenance. I have always received prompt and courteous service from all of their employees.

The person who was here and did the tune-ups did a wonderful job. His name is Quinton. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I would have no problem having him come again to fix anything gas related. Very knowledgeable, very personable, very professional. Thank you for your help!!!

Arrived home from weekend, no heat, called Atlas, quick response. Technician (Nimo Mansouri) was friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem quickly and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. An excellent employee and company representative

I signed up for Altas Care 3 weeks ago renewing my service after using them for 5 years. Today I get notified that they will not provide maintenance to my unit during inclement winter weather. So i asked what happens if i have a malfunction during the winter? I was then informed that ATLAS CARE will no longer offer me service and will send me a check in the spring for a refund. I can't believe they just dumped me like this. They took my money in a minute, and to add insult to injury will send me the check in the spring. Crappy way to treat a customer. I don't even know if what they did to me is legal. Very very upset at how i was treated by this company.

We received very prompt service and when inspection revealed that we needed to replace our 15 year old furnace, the new one was completely installed in less than 24 hours. Wonderful service in a record-breaking cold February! We were also very satisfied with our AC installation in 2013!

The Service Tech "Quinton" arrived on time to perform the annual service of our furnace and fireplace. He was very courteous and knowledgeable on both the furnace and fireplace and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was very thorough and was even able to get the remote control for the fireplace to work after the AA batteries had leaked out.

AtlasCare has looked after the furnaces and air conditioners in my home under a Maintenance Agreement for over 35 Years and I have always been happy with their outstanding service. Today I had my ducts cleaned by Alex and Jordan from Atlas Care. They were wonderful! Capable, efficient, tidy and really personable. They are a great reflection of a company that I have always found to be exceptional in their customer service and the quality of their personnel. The air in my house is noticeably cleaner. I highly recommend AtlasCare's duct cleaning- ask for Alex and Jordan- they're great!! Barbara L.

We had a new furnace installed this time last year...The Ice Storm ..you know. Quinton arrived when they said he was going to, told us what he was going to do, did it, told us what he did, made helpful suggestions and left everything neat and tidy.

For 2 days, my family and I have been without heating in our home. I would like to sincerely thank your employee, Quinton Gardner, for his punctuality and helpfulness in fixing the problem.
