Eric is a first-rate technician. He tried to help me solve my furnace problem over the phone. When that did not work, he promptly came to our house on a Sunday evening. He quickly found and fixed the problem, and he checked the rest of the furnace to make sure all was working well. Extremely polite and professional.

We researched a new AC and Furnace as our units were 25+ yrs old and the AC unit was on its way out. We had quotes from several vendors, including the usual players. At the end of the day, Daniel from Atlascare made the difference for us. He was very friendly, explained all of the details of the quote in a professional manner. Although they were not the cheapest from the outset, we discussed the price with him and he was able to match the price of the lowest bidder on equivalent equipment (AFUE and SEER ratings). With their extensive warranty coverage, they were an easy choice once $$ were lined up to match similar equipment. The crew came to install on the August long weekend and were done in about 5 hrs and did a great job. Left the jobsite cleaner than they started and the install was professionally completed. We would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for an AC or furnace replacement. The new equipment is great and even with the start of fall, keeping the thermostat at 19-20oC and our house is quite warm. Give Daniel a call if you are in need of a new HVAC system - he won't disappoint and get you the equipment that is right for your home, not more than you need.

Dave and Andrew are two lovely and courteous young men. The were very polite and did a great job with the duct cleaning for both me and my sister who is my neighbour. I would gladly recomment them to my friends and neighbours,

Dar just left after doing our annual furnace maintenance.Due to his experience he noticed a few problems in our ducting and electrical panel that no one prior to him pointed out.We will now have things looked after for better function and safety.Thanks.

Alex and Stephanie left a short time ago after cleaning my air ducts and doing a very fine job at that. They were two intelligent, polite and really hard working young people who knew what they were doing and really "went to town" on my air vents. Its hard work if its done right. They showed pride in their work and for the company they work for and that's refreshing. Best vent cleaning I've ever had done.

The service was excellent. McCloud R., Dave D., and Adam N. were courteous, explained the work as they went along. They corrected a misunderstanding on the contract to my satisfaction. They kept the home clean throughout the day. Once the furnace and AC were installed they carefully explained the operating instructions. Finally, they offered us practical tips for keeping our energy costs down.

Adam came out on a weekend to service our furnace and was most professional, helpful, and efficient. He worked to save us money and get things right. The furnace area was spotless when he left. Excellent service!

Dave and Andrew showed right on time. They did a great job, explained everything, even some ideas how to improve the efficiency of the furnace, and they were so careful while going from room to room. Very professional, both of them. Me and my husband were impressed with the quality, punctuality and their service. I would definitely recommend AtlasCare to my friends. I also appreciate their great customer service. They called me shortly after submitting my quota request and Michael (I hope I remember his name right) had all the answers. I did not feel under pressure to book the appointment, which I absolutely appreciate it, not like in other cases when you feel almost harassed. Overall, very pleased with everything. We still have to wait for the furnace service (booked in November), but I am almost sure that it would be up to the same standard. Keep up the great job AtlasCare!

We had Mcleod and Adam atend at our home to install a new furnace - they were fantastic. Professional and knowledgeable, they showed up on time and left the place meticulously clean. Highly recommended.

We have a regular service plan, they have always been very good. Had a particularly great serviceman, Shane Davidson, who willingly helped me with another issue that we were having. He was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. We give our experience on this particular day a 10. Thanks Shane.
