Nimo responded within 30 minutes on a cold Saturday morning for a call on a furnace not functioning. Quickly identified the problem and corrected the issue. Friendly, helpful and gave me a free filter as the previous one was not working well anymore.

We have used Atlas before for AC and gas fireplace issues and they've always been excellent. Now we needed our vents cleaned and decided to go Atlas again. Couldn't have been more happier, Alex and Stephanie showed up right on time, came in to do a quick assessment and then to explain how they would be doing the job. Under 3 hours later and everything was done and Stephanie walked me through the entire house explaining what they found and what they had done. That's what always seems to make Atlas stand out, the staff are super friendly, patient, eager to answer any and all questions and booking always seems to be easy. We'll stick with them and would happily recommend them.

My furnace would not fire up so called Atlas - With in minutes Nimo Mansuri called back and continued to follow up to arrange a time convenient to me for a service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then suggested signing onto a service plan since it would be cheaper than paying for an emergency repair call and would include a long overdue service which he performed there and then . So arrived on time , fixed the problem and did a full service for less than the cost of a repair call. A pleasure to deal with, Thanks Nimo.

From the quote, through the install and the rebate paperwork, the whole experience was professional, courteous and timely. The work was done to code, leaving the home safer. Thanks James, Daniel, Eric and Laura.

Nino Mansouri of AtlasCare arrived in good time, worked very efficiently, took the time to answer all my questions with apparent alacrity and left the site in very good order. I was left with a better understanding of the heating system in my house and confidence that it is going to continue to keep my family safe and warm.

My technicians Andrew and Dave were both polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were going to do upfront, got the job done efficiently and left the place as they found it. Great experience.

We have been with Atlas since we moved here some 45 years ago. In those years they have continually got better. When they got their ISO certification, I knew they were really serious about service quality, and it shows. The ISO certification isn't easy to get and keep. Today's call was an extended warranty call, so the cost is covered by my monthly plan payments. My only "complaint" is that the person on the phone at head office wasn't immediately able to determine that I had a service contract. The technician who arrived early (!) would have benefited from having known that. Not a big thing, this. But when you're as good as Atlas is, tiny things like this become more important. Our service guy--Nemo (sp?) was punctual, friendly, professional, and thorough. He's impressive.

Stephanie and Mike we on time, professional, friendly and left the furnace area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I also use AtlasCare for my furnace annual maintenance they I have always been happy.

AtlasCare sent Eric to my house on Saturday. He arrived within the promised time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace. It was quickly repaired and he explained every step to me. Eric was professional and I would ask for him if ever an emergency arises again.

Stephanie and Alex were efficient and polite and worked very well together. AtlasCare obviously do a very good job at recruiting staff. A good example of "you get what you pay for".
