Andrew and Dave were delightful to work with. Respectful and careful of everything in the house, they completed the work in a totally professional manner cleaning up after themselves as they went along. I am very pleased with the level of service and am confident that the job was done right. Excellent service.

The entire experience from the moment Daniel arrived and explained all my options in a manner that I could understand and not felt overwhelmed, to the installation was done extremely professionally. I had heard many good things about AtlasCare and I am so glad to have chosen them. The crew left no mess and were very polite and respectful to my home. Daniel had followed up with me on every occasion that I had called to ask him more questions, I like to be 100% sure before having anything done around my house and Daniel respectfully assured me of all my concerns. I would without a doubt recommend Atlas to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully and have a perfect installation with no hidden or extra costs. Atlas was not my least expensive quote that I had gotten, however you get what you pay for when you choose a company such as this.

Although they arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled appointment, I found Alex and Stephanie to be very professional and nice. They explained things to me, made sure all the carpet was protected and even asked when our filter was last changed because it was dirty. They did a thorough job and did not rush.

Got a really good quote from Atlas Care for replacing a 2 ton A/C. Jeff, the sales representative, is very kind to explain all details for us in the estimation. Dave and Lucas came for installation, very professional and clean, I don't need to sweep anything after they left. The whole process from inquiry to everything up and running smoothly, just within 2 working days.

This is NOT your usual duct cleaning cheap service. Andrew and Lucas, two young guys came, did the work and explained everything very thoroughly. The attention to detail, cleanliness and overall good manners of pair is great. They arrived with their big vacuum truck and took out 4 years worth of shedding dogs' hair, and other crap! We breath easily now! They went through the entire process with us before and after the job and were friendly, proper and professional. Beats calling a cheap over the phone service. Second time we use this company and we highly recommend it!

Sorry it took so long to post a review; On Aug 26 Alex and Stephanie did a super amazing job. We had just moved in the day before. Extremely professional. I got to see the before and after. I would highly recommend them. The service was worth every penny. MD

I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner in January 2010. There is a 10 year warranty from York. Unfortunately I had water inside this furnace and did not notice it at first. Some parts got replaced free of charge but not all the rusty parts got corrected. I mentioned I wanted a new Furnace since I paid for this 10 year warranty included with the cost of ( $9,800). Atlas refused . I would not recommend this company in any way. The technician was very knowledgeable and repaired as much as was in his control.

My second entry for Atlascare. Stephanie and Alex did a great job cleaning the ducts with some very high tech equipment that you don’t see with other companies. They created clean entrances to the ductwork to facilitate access to all areas, and used, when required, narrow nozzles to access non-removable old-style vents. With their use of slip-on covers and temporary rubber carpeting, they left absolutely no mess whatsoever. On top of all this they were a lot of fun and didn’t seem to mind my bad jokes.

I had a new furnace and a/c installed by AtlasCare and I am very happy with the results. I want to thank Jeff, the Health Home Specialist, who came by for the consultation. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, answering my questions and making recommendations about the products that I needed. The crew (Eric, Teddy, James and Harold) arrived on time and finished the installation on the same day as promised. The whole experience has been a very pleasant one. Jeff came by during installation to make sure the work was to my satisfaction, kept in touch after the products were installed and he was only a phone call away for any questions I had. Great job guys!

I had a wonderful experience with Andrew and Stephanie when they came to clean my dryer vents. They were on time (actually early which worked better for my schedule), polite and courteous of caring any dirt from the outside. I would definitely call then for any heating issues come this winter.
