    Furnace breakdown

    We woke this morning and found the furnace had ceased to operate. Called Atlas Care 7:45 am and they confirmed that a technician would be at our home between 11:00 and 1:00. Technician arrived at 10:45, Diagnosed and repaired the problem immediately and left us with heat by 11:00. Great service.

    Humidifier

    Eric from AtlasCare came to replace my broken humidifier. He was polite, informative, and tidy. I also had AtlasCare service my furnace this winter, and that technician was equally helpful and friendly. Great service - would definitely recommend.

    Tankless, Humidifier, Vents

    AtlasCare installed a new tankless water heater, a new humidifier and ran three new vents to help warm our basement. Every aspect of our interaction with AtlasCare was fantastic, from speaking to Erin to arrange a visit, to Daniel's clear interest in ensuring we were satisfied customers, and finally to Nick, James, and Nick who installed each item in a neat and professional manner. We would highly recommend AtlasCare!

    repair

    The furnace malfunctioned and Eric C arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. New part had to be ordered and until it is replaced Eric C went out of his way to buy space heaters and drop them off. The service has been exceptional.

    Duct Cleaning

    The company representatives were extremely friendly, helpful and explained what they were doing and how long it would take. They were very respectful of my house and keeping it clean. They did a great job and I would recommend them.

    Annual furnace checkup

    Eric C. came today to do the annual furnace maintenance. He was amazingly thorough and explained everything that he had done. The service call wasn't that long but he thanked me for my patience. I subscribe to AtlasCare's maintenance plan, so everything was covered (and the monthly cost of this is quite low). I am always very impressed with the courtesy, intelligence and professionalism of Atlas technicians. Eric gets 10 stars from our house.

    Heating, new furnace

    I received excellent service from the time of the initial call back from the salesman Nakeel to the completion of the installation by the 2 excellent installers Neil & his partner. I would recommend them to family &friends. Job well done!

    Regular Maintenance

    All of your service professionals are excellent but Nimo Mansouri is yet a notch above. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company. He is friendly, courteous and he really knows his stuff. Not only that, he explains everything in language a techno- challenged person like me can understand. I really hope you realize what you have in Nimo and I hope he comes back to do my regular maintenance all the time. Thanks Nimo.

    Furnace repair

    Nimo Mansouri has been to our house several times and has always been a great representative for AtlasCare. However the office staff needs to be attentive to details. During an earlier service call we were told that the office would contact us with a quote for the repair. No call was ever received. When I called to follow up I left a contact number. That contact number was not used. Having my time wasted in this fashion is a definite negative.
