    furnace service

    I purchase a mew home and the furnace stopped working the day that we moved in, The door had been open all day with moving in and the telephone and internet installation had been troublesome and the installer was poking around all corners of our house looking for where the lines come in. To make a long story short the furnace stopped working and we thought that it may have given up the ghost or the internet installer had messed something up when he was searching for wires. We called atlas care that evening and a service technician named Nimo arrived promptly, He was courteous and professional and a pleasure to work with. After a few moments of trouble shooting, he found that someone had turned off the power to the furnace by what appeared to be a light switch on the wall. It had not been labelled "furnace" but just appeared like a regular light switch. We must have switched it off when poking around for the internet/phone lines! I was prepared to hear that I needed a new furnace but instead he said that it looked good and then he labelled the switch appropriately so that this would never happen again.. Nimo suggested that we may want to go on a service plan. The service plan (about $150/yr) was cheaper than the emergency after hour service call (about $200)would have been and it included one Product Maintenance call a year and one diagnostic. We were happy to sign up for this plan as we know that servicing your furnace every year makes it work better and last longer. Nimo then proceeded to give our furnace a yearly maintenance service. In the past, we always serviced our furnace yearly so we are accustomed to spending $150 a year maintaining our furnace anyhow. It seemed like a great idea to me and the price was fair. I looked up this company on homestars before calling them for this emergency service call and I was pleased to find so many reviews and such a high rating. This is the reason why I chose this company in an emergency. I am not sorry that I called them as Nimo was honest, efficient and professional. I will continue to use this company and I am happy with the service that they provided. GOOD JOB NIMO

    Installation & Service of New Furnace

    AtlasCare technicians are, far and away, the best. They are knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and professional. They come when they say they will. They wear protective booties. They are always willing to answer questions while they work. And, best of all, they are proud of the company they work for and don't mind saying so. I think that's great. I have nothing but praise for the company, the way it interacts with its customers, and the quality of the staff and technicians. I have been a customer of theirs for 40 plus years. They have lately installed a new gas furnace, all done professionally and within the estimated time. I can't recommend them highly enought.

    Emergency furnace repair

    Sunday - in the early morning hours of March my furnace shut down. The house temperature plummeted pretty quickly. I called AtlasCare for emergency service. Being March and the weekend, the technicians were quite busy but Nimo (the Atlas Care technician) got back to me quickly with an estimated time of arrival. However, during his work he was delayed on a job but was courteous to keep me updated as to his revised arrival time and re-assured me that he would be seeing me that day. This made the time go easier knowing he would come as soon as he could. When he arrived - he was friendly and courteous, put sockies over his shoes which I appreciated and fully listened to my issue. In no time, the heat was on. Highly recommend.

    Duct cleaning

    Just had our ducts cleaned and sanitized by Dave N. at Atlascare. He was very professional and courteous - Arrived on time, completed the job very thoroughly and within the estimated timeline. He also made sure to replace our furnace filter and clean any debris left behind. Very satisfied with the service.

    New furnace and a/c

    We needed to replace our old furnace and a/c, and humidifier. At AtlasCare we found some scratch and dent items, got a quote, and had everything installed all in less than a week. Everything was explained well and all questions were answered. The guys had to install a new drop; some new a/c lines; new gas exhaust as our furnace was quite old. It was all done within the day and working like it should before evening. They were courteous and professional.

    Furnace Winter Tune Up

    Outstanding service made our annual winter tune up a most positively memorable experience! Our service provider, Nimo Mansouri was prompt, very polite, attentive to detail and highly knowledgeable. He freely gave tips on maintaining our humidifier & air cleaner for max performance, even alerted us to an unrelated problem! Calm, courteous, professional & kindly helpful - I was taken aback by the very conscientious, customer-focused service Nimo provided! Thank you Nimo!

    Annual Support Contract

    We have been dealing with Atlas for over 20 years and most recently in a new home in Burlington where Atlas installed a complete new HVAC system. The installation was meticulous and problem free. We are now in our second year in the home and just had our first annual service. As in the past, the technician (in this case Nimo Mansouri) was very personable, arrived when expected and was able to complete all the ncessary work during the visit. Atlas continues to exceed our expectations.

    furnace repair

    We are new AtlasCare customers and were very pleased with the services provided in repairing our furnace when it broke down. Dag was very professional and efficient on his first visit when he replaced the broken part and thoroughly checked how the furnace was operating. He was clear in his explanations about what further work was recommended in order to have the furnace operate properly and to avoid future breakdowns. We have now decided to have AtlasCare service our furnace and air conditioner on an on-going basis. JW

    Furnace service

    We have always been happy with AtlasCare as the service we receive is first-class. We have been on a annual maintenance plan with Atlas for many years and believe it is the reason that all of our products are still running so well year after year. Today was no exception as I was helped by Eric C who was reviewing a minor issue with our furnace. I was provided a time arrival window of 9-11 am and was pleasantly surprised to see Eric at 9 am sharp. Eric quickly fixed the issue and went the extra mile by doing a full inspection to ensure there were no other issues before leaving. Eric took the time to explain what was done and provided an open door for any questions or concerns that might arise in the future. We are big supporters of AtlasCare and are happy to always receive premium service every time.

    Boiler Replacement

    Boiler died in the middle of a snowstorm. Called one company who could not help. AtlasCare came quickly, diagnosed the problem. Installed a new boiler effeciently, with no mess and with great courtesy. Highly recommended.
