    Furnace repair

    I would highly recommend AtlasCare to anyone looking to have their furnace repaired/serviced. Their technician, Nimo Mansouri, went the extra mile to get my furnace back up and running on a cold winter day.

    Replace Heat Pump

    In the night of Thursday to Friday our heating system failed which resulted in us losing all heat in our home. I called Atlascare emergency line at 5:30am and someone was there to answer. She indicated that I would receive a call from a technician by 8:30am and that he would be coming over the same day. The technician (Andrea) called me in the morning confirming he was about 30 minutes away from our house. Once here he proceeded to analyze the problem and determined tha the heat pump needed to be replaced. While he didn't have that part in his truck he called the service manager and they took the necessary steps to order the part on rush basis. They called me the same evening the confirm they received the pump and would be at my home today (Saturday) to install it by 10am. As expected a technician from Atlascare (Chris) was here this morning and installed the pump. I am happy to report that the heat is back on! I want to thank Atlascare for going out of there way during the snow storm to analyze the issue, pick up the required parts and coming back to install it. There empathy to my situation was evident and I appreciated the professional and friendly service/advcice I received. I recommend Atlascare to anyone that needs regular maintance or emergency repairs of their HVAC.

    Furnace

    A few weeks ago My furnace had stoped working and Kyle was at my home and had the heat back on in less than 2 hours. It is always a pleasure dealing with Atlas Care staff. Teresa Monaco

    Humidifier Tune up

    Eric was on time,very polite & respectful. He didn't mind me watching & asking questions. He was very informative, knowledgeable and efficient. Way to go, "Atlas", Will continue to work with you in future.

    Winter tune-up,

    Eric was terrific: on time, polite, knowledgeable, quick. Everything you expect of excellent service. We are on a service plan: our two furnaces and two air conditioners are always well maintained, or if they need repair, Atlas comes right away and fixes them. WE had to replace an air conditioner with a custom fit - Atlas did a terrific job.

    Furnace not working

    Technician arrived at the promised time. Eric was polite, respectful and dilligent. He solved our problem in less than an hour, and avoided a costly part installation in the process. He was great- I highly recommend this Company..

    Replacement of ventor RFB-547, diagnostic tests

    The approximate cost of this service was $667, but I PAID NOTHING, because I was using the Company's Guaranteed Comfort Plan. The quality of service provided by the tech. #386 (Brandon) was outstanding. The replacement of the ventor was absolutely necessary (worn out ball-bearings) and was done right in time and very promptly. The new unit is safe and noiseless.

    Furnace check up

    We have been using AtlasCare since we moved to Oakville more than 20 years ago. They installed 2 new furnaces and one new AC for us in that period and they have serviced our equipment continuously. The try to keep the same technicians on our account and this time we had Nimo. He arrived when he said he would, did the job quickly and with minimum fuss and was very pleasant to deal with.

    Furnace, Humidifier, Air Conditioner contract inpsection

    I have used Atlascare for several decades. I have a service agreement with Atlascare and have the above utilities serviced twice a year. Part of my contract includes 24 hour emergency service. I continue to use Atlascare because their service is exemplary and their technicians are always punctual, efficient, respectful and very friendly. They explain the service they perform at every visit, and I feel their recommendations are honest and helpful. Today, I need a new humidifier. It was at my initiation, that Dag, the Atlascare service provider, explained the options. The old humidifier just couldn't do the job on a home of 1600+ square feet. The new one would cost 599, a discount, because he didn't have to service the old humidifier. He would also be able to remove some debris from a coil leading to the air conditioner at that time, maximizing his service effort. Dag, was very knowledgeable on all the products and their functions. When he left, I felt I had received a very useful education.

    Furnace Repair

    Pretty cold these days, so when the fan on my furnace fan went out, it need to be fixed right away. Atlas came over and diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. Since there was a bit of heat coming in - not an emergency. But rather than make me wait for another appointment, the tech drove back to the office right away - picked up the right part and came right back. Most companies would not go to those lengths - I am very appreciative and VERY impressed.
