    AC repair job on Long Weekend

    Our AC broke down Saturday night. I called AtlasCare Sunday morning and they paged their technician ( Kyle ) for me who responded within an hour. He showed up a couple hours later and got to work. The problem was a hard to spot weak connector to the capacitor of the compressor and took a while to spot and repair. I'm extremely satisfied with Kyle's hard work and honesty. Ultimately I was charged for the off-hours consultation fee of $169+tax - which was very reasonable considering the circumstances. Am more than likely to call them again - and probably get a service plan if this happens more frequently.

    AC repair issue

    Initially quoted for $250 for an AC leak test. The original bill for 3 hours of repair service on AC was $1300 (more than half the cost of buying and installing a new AC system). I was not quoted for any of the repair work upfront except for the $250 AC leak test. I would not recommend this company, as this type of business practice is unethical, unless you agree paying $400/ per hour sounds reasonable.

    new furnace

    We are very pleased with Atlas - they installed a new furnace and the thermostat was not working properly aftyer 6 months - however Nimo came out the next day and fixed the problem - they are all very polite and extremely professional - would recommend them

    A/C repair

    Just before the August long weekend, our Air Conditioner stopped working. That day we called Atlas and by the next morning (9 AM) Chris arrived and serviced the unit. He also answered a flurry of questions that were not related to the unit . Chris arrived at the beginning of the estimated time frame which is always nice for a customer! He explained the issue with the unit as well as all costs associated seeking approval before starting any work. We were beyond impressed with Chris' professionalism. We would definetly recommend this company.

    routine annual service

    The technician ( Nimo) was punctual, very polite, informative about my service plan.. The staff who answer the phone are always polite too and very flexible. Their plan is affordable and provides "peace of mind"

    Service Call

    Today we were lucky enough to have Eric answer our call for service. He was extremely well mannered and polite, shaking my hand when he introduced himself and before he left our home. He was considerate about entering our home without making a mess of the floors, carpeting, etc. He took the time to show me what the problem was and to suggest further measures I could take. If only all service people were so personable, polite and considerate. Good Luck to Eric!

    Atlas has been my heating and air conditioning contractor for over 23 years. Today they adjusted the air conditioning.I am a contract customer

    I first came across AtlasCare in the late 70's. We had just bought a new house with a forced air electric furnace. The furnace was taking 2-3 hours to raise the house temp by 3 degrees F. The builder kept insisting that the furnace was working properly. Via the phone book I contacted Atlas. A technician took 5 min. to locate the problem and told me what to tell the builder. Problem solved and "NO CHARGE"!! When we moved into our present home in1989 Atlas was the only company on my short list .I have never been unhappy with their service and their level of expertise. Over the 23 years we have had several techs work in our home and all of them have been courteous, thorough and willing to explain what needs to be done. Nobody touches my HVAC except AtlasCare. Eric, The tech who came tonight has been here before and he is welcome any time. He made the adjustment to the air conditioning and everything is working fine.

    Duct cleaning

    The total experience with Atlas was excellent, right from the friendly and efficient sales and booking stage. The team that did the cleaning (Ardi and Brad), were on time. efficient and organised and did a wonderful job. They were done in an hour.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning service

    We had trouble with the setting on our furnace and air conditioner, the house would not cool down in the extreme heat and the fan did not seem to be running at optimum speed. AtlasCare sent out a technician the same day and he fixed the problem. Not only did Luke identify the issue, he came back a few days later to adjust the settings and then called the following day to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Outstanding service, we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Luke and AtlasCare!

    New air conditioner and furnace installation

    I have used AtlasCare for previous furnace and air conditioner installations and each time they lived up to my expectations. This project was no different. Our air conditioner motor seized on a Friday night during the recent heat wave. By the following Tuesday morning, the AtlasCare team arrived fully prepared. By mid afternoon on the hottest day of the year, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and operational. The fact that the inside temperature reached 33 C had no bearing on the work of the AtlasCare team. Eric, Mark, Gary and Andrew are part of the reason why we remain loyal AtlasCare customers.
