I had Ardi and Dave come over for some duct cleaning after we had just moved in. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job! Have already recommended them to some friends!

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Nimo. He was punctual, polite, respectful and answered all of our questions. In addition, he explained what service he was providing and was very thorough in performing the service maintainance work. Thank you for a job well done!!

Nimo was here before schedule, was very professional and friendly and explained why my aircon was not working - gave helpful suggestions and quoted to have it repaired. I was very happy with the service and would recommend AtlasCare to friends and family.

A call to our family cottage on August 27 made us aware of a leak in our a/c unit. With the help of AtlasCare we were able to arrange a prompt date to check the system. We needed to set an early arrival time and Nimo, the AtlasCare technician was able to meet our needs. He was polite and professional in his approach and quality of work. The repair was affected promptly and the technician a pleasure to deal with. Excellent work by the AtlasCare team.

Just bought a new (old) house, and as part of a basement reno we put in a new furnace, moved the water heater, and had the ductwork reconfigured to make more headroom. This is my second new furnace with Atlas, and the experience last time was good, but this time was even better. MCCloud was great. Went above and beyond. He made several design suggestions that improved dramatically on what we thought possible, and so freed up a lot of headroom in the basement - which was our goal in moving the ductwork around. After McCloud's initial consultation, my contractor (and a good friend of mine) urged me to hire Atlas, particularly if McCloud was doing the job. After the work was complete, my contractor was no less impressed with the results, and said it's rare to see such good work. (Thanks, McCloud!) I'd have no hesitation in hiring Atals again.... As an aside, I also had electricians working at the same time, and when they saw the Atlas truck, they told me they'd seen Atlas crews work before and were impressed with their work.

Arrived on time for sales and installation. Explained things well. Very organized. Polite. Efficient. Did not leave a mess. Product is functioning great. I would definitely use the company again for similar work.

We have been customers of AtlasCare for 12 years. There service department is uniformly excellent and very responsive the few times we have had an emergency. Routine maintenance is easy to schedule.

My regular technician was unavailable so Atlas sent Nimo to complete the maintenance on July 26, 2012. Nimo was professional, friendly and worked quickly and carefully. He was thorough and explained how to keep my equipment running smooth and trouble-free. I would absolutely recommend Nimo as a technician to friends and family.
