    Duct cleaning and dryer vent and central vac cleaning

    Thank you Ardi and Brandon for your excellent cleaning of our ducts, the dryer vent and the central vacuum. Our vacuum and dryer work much better again!!!     Installation of a new air conditioner and later a new furnace

    We were assisted by Rudy Hogeveen who made a thorough evaluation of the home and determined the needs for heating and air conditioning. He then made recommendations for the most efficient systems to intall. The existing A/C failed on a hot week day just before a hoilday weekend and Rudy arranged for installation on a Saturday of that weekend. Later in the fall when it was time to install the new furnace Rudy provided at least 4 separate quotes when alternate choices were requested. The quotes were provided very promptly, sometimes within a days time. Rudy always provided very straight forward and informed recommemdations based on his knowledge and experience. He did not provide a low quote just to make a sale. Rudy was detailed in his recommendations and was more than willing to answer questions and respond to your requests. Rudy is a very busy person and when you had to leave a message you could count on him to respond at his earliest possible opportunity. You knew he was not ignoring you. Rudy was a pleasure to work with and is a real asset for Atlascare.

    General Maintenance

    I have their annual maintenance plan and they are fantastic. They do a great job in keeping my a/c and furnace maintained and they come out quickly when I need work done.

    service of two fireplaces

    Nimo, the AtlasCare tech came on time, actually early, was polite, knew exactly what he was doing,fixed both of the remotes for the fireplaces, very friendly, just a great service experience. All my dealings with AtlasCare are excellent, 2 years ago we had their furnace system installed, an terrific product, truly love these guys, Patrick Bradley

    Triangle Tube - Solo Prestige 110 Boiler, stopped working error message E28. (no signal from blower)

    Our boiler conked out on one of the coldest days in winter. The Atlas technician (Nimo) arrived the evening of the call, reset the plug wire to the blower that may have come loose on the previous service call (4 months prior, different service company). I was pleased that there was no major problems with the Triangle Tube, Solo Prestige 110 boiler and overall it works great and is very efficient. I have to say I appreciate that Atlas showed up (very cold day, lots of calls) and that they were able to service the unit and have it up and running so quickly, ensuring that it cycled on properly at the end. He explained what the problem was, explained their 90 day warranty and was very polite and helpful. Thanks guys. Mike Brampton, ON

    Replacing Furnace

    After my furnace died, AtlasCare did a great, clean and very fast job to replace it. The representative was on site in few ours after my call, arranging installation of new furnace next day. Installation team was on time (not always happens with contractors), very clean and accurate (never happens with contractors), extremely polite and respectful. These all in addition to professionalism of team and good quality of product

    furnace and humidifier

    These guys were the best....i have been with Direct Energy and will not look back.     yearly furnace tune-up

    Eric arrived to clean our furnace. He was very polite, introducing himself and shaking my hand. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Thank you, once again, Atlas, for doing such a great job!.

    Furnace cleaning

    I recently purchased a house and decided to have the furnace cleaned and tuned up. I had used Atlascare in my other home and was very satisfied. The representative turned up on time, indicating the work would take 45 min. It ended up taking him over 2 hours to clean what he said was the dirtiest furnace he had ever seen. He put in the extra elbow grease, thoroughly cleaned the furnace and provided me with advice for no extra charge (which was reasonable in the 1st place). Very professional, courteous service. Top grade.

    Furnace Maintanence

    The serviceman, Eric, was very professional and helpful, pointing out several issues and correcting them immediately, with my permission Yes, he asked me everytime if I wanted him to take care of each issue I have allways been please with the service from AtlasCare and all their staff
