Furnace - did thorough cleaning and suggested replacement of old filters with HEPA as alternative to gettin new air cleaner, saving us $$. Gas fireplace - redid bad servicing job done by another company and did safety checks. Fixed switch that other company told me was broken (other co. only offered to install $200 remote). Gave safety advice. Booking process was a breeze. Technician was extremely professional and personable. I will use Atlascare from now on for annual maintenance!

2 different groups of people came for service on my furnace and duct. I was extremely impressed by the work they did. They were very professional the work was of high quality, and the individuals had a very pleasant attitude.mthey took the timevto explain there work they were not rushed. They went beyond and did things i would not have expected them to do i was absolutely impressed i will definitly go for more work with AtlasCare. The have Great people.

I had booked an appointment for annual maintenance. Atlas was able to accomodate our busy schedule. Eric was extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service.

Our furnace broke down heading into the New Years long weekend and into one of the coldest days of the year. Although two Atlas service technicians had attempted to fix the problem with no success, Gurmeet Mann came in like the White Knight at the 11th hour and fixed the problem. We cannot thank Gurmeet enoough for his diligence and persistance in making sure that we had an operational furnace over the long weekend.

Nimo came to my home on Dec. 16th to perform a number of services for me. What a great guy! He is very professional, and yet very personable and friendly at the same time. I will request him in the future for sure!!! He represents AtlasCare very well!

I just moved into a house that had a 21 year old furnace and no a/c, so I was fairly determined to get these taken care of. I booked appts for quotes with Atlas (a company my father has been using for 10 yrs+) and with Direct Energy. Gus from Atlas was respectful of the house, clear with his explanations and thorough with the quote. The Direct Energy guy seemed like he didn't even want to be here and acted like a shoe salesman. Though Atlas was a little more expensive, I felt that all the costs were upfront. The installation was scheduled easily and the team showed up as scheduled. They made sure that the work was done well AND that I understood how to manage my thermostat and take care of the A/C until summer. Atlas also followed up very quickly to set up a duct cleaning following the installation. Everything was done before the holidays which was perfect! I would recommend Atlas to anyone.

Great service performed by Eric! He was prompt, knowledgable , informative, polite, and respectfull of our property (cleaned up. All round great service. My only concern is that in the past, Atlas would call to schedule our annual maintenance visit but for the past 2-3 years I have had to call them to book.

Vic Piva and the team at AtlasCare did a great job for us - everything was done as promised and the technicians that did the installation work were very polite and professional. They were also very respectful of our home and made sure everything was fully completed and that any working areas were fully cleaned up. This is the third home where we have used AtlasCare and they continue to exceed our expectations.

The service provided today was for routine maintenance and inspection of our furnace. The service technician, Eric was very professional and clean from the moment he walked in the door. He full explained what was done and advised on the condition of the funrace in understandable terms. He completed a small, but important repair to the humidifer at no additonal charge. The one thing that stands out is the fact we were called and told he would arrive within 10 minutes and that actually happened! We were impressed with this young man's politeness and commitment to customer service. We have been customers of Atlas Care for sometime and have never been disappointed from the sales person to installers to service technicins and finaly their products..

Need to replace an aged furnace (over 20 years). AtlasCare saleperson Jeff is very helpful to provide advise and options. The installation was done professionally and the 'red carpet' treatement set them apart from other furnance companies. Overall experience really proves that AtlasCare is an ISO certerfied company.
