Serviceman Nimo was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in detail and never made me feel rushed. He gave me advice so I would save money in the long run and even did more than was expected. I would definitely recommend Nimo to even the most demanding customers.

I have been with Atlas for over 5 years - service is wonderful, staff is knowledgeable and always courteaous. There is concern when a problem arises and their goal is always to fix it. Service is the best I have evr experienced!!!

Always have our annual furnace/AC tune-ups done by Altas. Our service tech, Jeff, is always VERY prompt, thorough and provides good info on preventative measures. Cares out his work efficiently and in a timely manner. Two thumbs up !

Fabulous service and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Booking the appt was a breeze. They offered me a variety of dates and times. Ardi and Dave explained every step of the process to me and gave me some helpful tips. I was very impressed that they immediately put on their shoe covers when they entered my home. We have the heating and maintainence plan and we always get seasonal checks on the furnace and air cond. The appts are flexible and the service technicians are extremely kind, polite and efficient. Customer Service calls YOU to set up the appt so there is nothing you have to remember!

I have been very impressed with the service since signing up with Atlas Care. The service technician who did the work today also did my furnace maintenance a few months ago. He is not only an very nice, polite, and competent individual but thorough and excellent in his work. In addition he doesn't rush and is very helpful in explaining what he is doing and what to avoid when I ask questions. And I often ask too many questions .

The technician, Eric, came to my house on time and was very pleasant and informative. The tune up was done efficiently and professionally. Excellent customer service will keep me a long time customer for years to come.

The service technician was helpful, polite and competent. I have used this company for over ten years. They have not given me a reason to switch. I am not planning to do so.

Our 22 year old furnace broke down in late November, a bad time of year as it was just starting to get cold. AtlasCare tried to fix it but this did not work so they suggested a new one. I thought that it would take weeks to organize but they fit me in on their next No Heat Saturdays - an emergency service for those with no heating - and installed the furnace in about 5 hours. Gus, Macleod, and Neil were great - very polite and efficient. They had to break up the old furnace as it would not fit through the furnace room door - a lot of extra work at no extra cost. By 2pm I had heat again which was great as a day before I was living in 54 degrees F - a bit chilly. Thanks to all at AtlasCare for a great job. And I will get a rebate from the government's energy efficiency program as I have a high efficiency furnace.
